V Ip Dry Cleaners

I was skeptical of coming here because of the first review BUT being that I am not familiar with the area yet I decided to come here anyways. The place is kinda funky looking inside, it has mirrors on all the walls giving you the impression that it is very large but its not. There is also an off smell right away that you notice but that could be from the dirty clothes?
Anyways I brought over 2 dress pants to be dry cleaned and I paid $ 11. I dropped them off Wednesday and picked them up Thursday. I was satisfied with the customer service again the lady seemed friendly and nice. I asked if they do Ugg boots and they do not. Besides the sketchyness this places gives off I will be coming back until I find a better place.
They are open until 7pm on the weekdays and until 6pm on Saturday which is nice because some places close at 5 on the weekdays and not even open on the weekends.

All I have to say is — please don’t go here! I went in to get a zipper fixed on a pair of jeans which doesn’t seem that difficult of a task, right? Anyways when I went to pick them up an elderly woman walked up to the counter (((if your easily offended please stop reading now!!!))) but not before she grabbed her trusty Kleenex and preceded to dig her fingers knuckle deep up her nose — I was literally dumbfounded, I think my jaw might have actually hit the floor while I stood there, for what seemed to be 20 minutes, but was probably more like 30 seconds, looking at her in utter disgust. It was like a train wreck I wanted to look away but I couldn’t. So I did what anyone else would do, I set my ticket on the counter and tried to avoid all contact with her.
As for my jeans, the zipper they put on which cost me $ 15.00 was REALLY cheap and has since broke — you cannot put a $.05 zipper on jeans!
