I’m a little conflicted, I came here three times last week to get a new cell phone. The first time to look at phones, I got great knowledgeable service and was able to get informed on the phones out there and the what features they have. I came back the next day once I figured out what plan I want. It was a family plan. Again, friendly help from the staff, but it took over two hours. Not really their fault, because we had problems getting switched from other service providers. We even got a $ 30 credit towards accessories based upon the phone I got. As I was leaving, I opened my phone box and realized that the phone they gave me was not the phone that I asked for. The one that I wanted was not in stock. They ordered it in from another store and I said that I’d come back the next day to switch phones. At this point, I was planning on giving them a 5 star review because I was impressed with the service that I received until that point. That is until I came back on the third day. Keep in mind I’m a little annoyed at going to the mall. It was the third time I had been there this week. It took about 45 minutes this time to get the service switched to the new phone. Then as I’m leaving, I’m informed that the thirty dollar credit that they gave me yesterday was for the clearance phone that they tried to stick me with the day before. My options, either pay for the items that they already gave me for free or return them. Are you kidding me? Some stupid accessories that I didn’t want in the first place, that I wasn’t planning on using, that I now have to pay for. Come on. It was your mistake in getting me the wrong phone in the first place, then I have to come back to get it exchanged, and you make me pay for the free gift that you gave me earlier.
