Very small store no frills. Friendly sales staff not much of a selection. There goal is to get you in and then shop a catalog. Weekends only is the place to go.

Got a good price on a nice mattress and box springs here; the salesman was a little slimy and tried to say he didn’t quote the price he did when he rang it up, but when we threatened to walk, we got the price. The guys at their warehouse were friendly and did a good job of tying it to the roof of my van. I’d do business here again, but just be careful.

We were extremely please we found MCC when purchasing our new bedroom furniture. We had found a similar design set at a famous name brand furniture store and the price was much higher. We got exactly what we wanted, at MCC, with excellent quality, and helpful employees. Also get the delivery and set up beside those guys were great as well. I would highly recommend checking them out. Do not be put off by the name, or the showroom… It’s not a fancy furniture showroom. It is more like the inside of a warehouse– but that is ok. You will be very pleased!

The prices here are great. However, beware that it may take a while to receive your furniture. My husband and I purchased a sectional sofa about 2.5 weeks ago, and we still haven’t received our sofa. We were told that the sofa would be delivered within 10 – 14 days. When I called again this morning to check on the status, I was told that the sofa won’t be here for another week… making it a total of 4-week wait time, which is beyond ridiculous. I’m sure we’ll be satisfied with the sofa once it arrives, but waiting twice the amount of time we were promised is frustrating. We’ve never had to wait more than a week after purchasing furniture.

This place has to be the best known hidden secret ever. Not only is the sales staff amazing but their product knowledge is amazing. They have all the same name brands that the big chain stores do. I have gone for my apartment, now my condo, and have referred each and every person I find to this store. They take time to truly find the pieces that you need. They do not rush or crowd you, nor do they hard sell you. I did not feel like I was talking to a used car salesman. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!!!

This place is one of the coolest furniture stores around. They have a very anti-rip you off vibe. The owner spent personal time with me and helped me find exactly what I needed for my new place. At one time he had three people on their computers trying to find the exact entertainment center I wanted. When they found it he offered to get it for me for half of what another company was selling it for. They can order anything you’ve seen at another big name store for way less. If you don’t mind driving out of your way(only about 5 minutes off hwy 79) this place is so worth it. Their customer service and professionalism can’t be beat!

If anybody out there is honestly trying to buy great quality furniture at true clearance costs, its time to end that quest! You’ve found it here in the heart of St. Charles county and the furniture outlet is locally owned. My wife and I have been here multiple times and each time has never been a disappointment. The deals are just fantastic! There’s nothing fancy here as this is how they save you money. By that I mean, there isn’t fancy walls and demo bed and living rooms. The product is up front and there’s no b.s. The sales team is casual and professional… It’s comforting. I feel like we’re on the same level. I really like how this place is locally owned. It’s very important to support our communities local businesses. It stimulates the local economy, you get better deals, it’s personable, and the American thing to do! Yesterday, I got the best deal ever! My wife and two kids stroll up to the front door and are let in by the owner. Who by the way is a real great guy. He’s asks if he can assist, I say I want a couch. Leads me to the couches, I see the one I like. He says, let’s make something work. I make an offer. He pauses for thought, extends his hand and says you got a deal. I buy it on the spot, and walk out the owner of an awesome modern sectional sofa all in about the span of 15 minutes. It was super easy, and hassle free. The best part, after 5 min of leaving, the owner calls to see if I want a better deal and asks if I’d like the sofa delivered to my home in the next 30 min! Free of charge! It made my day and my overall experience much better. Now don’t go expecting deliveries to always be free… That was just a great incentive to come back for more. Which I plan to… I’m in need of a new bedroom set next… Anyway this is turning into a ramble. These guys are the best. Support them definitely! Thanks to Midwest clearance center! The furniture is beautiful!

My experience was at their new Fenton location, FYI, but I’m sure it’s applicable to the St. Peters location since it’s the same business. I never thought I’d voluntarily write a good furniture store review but I really like this business and wanted to share my experience. I was in the market for a new bedroom set and trying to find a good balance between price and quality. MWC’s business model is low overhead/low price. So when you walk in, none of the bed’s are made up, there’s no fancy atmosphere, just business — and I really liked this. My salesperson actually ended up being the owner of the business and he was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and gave me discounted pricing. They have the exact same furniture as Ashley Furniture here(in addition to being a retail operation, Ashely Furniture also wholesales furniture to other retailers). They have other retailers furniture too I believe, but it’s just interesting to note how much cheaper they are than Ashley. I’d say at least 50% if not more. I bought a nice, albeit not solid wood, bedroom set from MWC and shipping was only $ 50. They did have solid wood choices too. The total price I paid including shipping for a new bedroom set was about 1⁄3rd of what I would have paid at another mid-tier furniture store for a non-solid wood set. A lot of people going after low price will flock to Weekend’s Only, but after buying from here I will never go there again. Weekends’ stuff is garbage in terms of quality and even their display models look damaged. I also looked at Cort Furniture(used/previously leased). I always thought their stuff was solid wood but it’s not and their selection is very limited. It’s better and actually cheaper to buy new from Midwest. From what I remember about the Fenton location, they had bedroom sets, mattresses, sofas and some other stuff on display. So in summary: Pros of MWC: Easy to work with sales people Unbeatable pricing(I’d say in all of St. Louis) Decent selection of furniture Cheap shipping costs Nice, quick delivery people Cons: They do not have popular brand name mattresses. I probably would not buy a mattress from them, they are cheap if that’s what you want, but I wasn’t sure about how long they would last. They have expensive ones too but I would rather go with a name like Sealy or Simmons. I don’t think they hold much inventory, so it can take a long time to get the furniture shipped to your place. I think from the time I ordered to the time it came to my apartment it took at least three weeks. All in all I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.
