Good selection, decent prices. First experience wasn’t positive with the sales rep inexplicably down-​selling me to a clearance item that didn’t hold up (paid almost $ 500 and it was dead within a few months). I’ll give them another try, hopefully this experience will be better. UPDATE: I bought more furniture (nothing on clearance) and am happy with it.

I have purchased several items from here and for the most part have been satisfied. In recent times, I purchased a vanity for my wife as a present. It came in with several scratches, included a huge scratch in the mirror. I spoke with the store manager, and they offered to replace it. However, they no longer sold the color I wanted. Several phone calls later, we worked a deal where they sent me a new mirror which I replaced the old one with (not the easiest thing with all the glue) and gave me $ 100 off. So, I can’t say I was totally upset since I now have a slightly scratched vanity with a good mirror now. The service was never an issue, but you really do get what you pay for. VCF makes decent, affordable furniture, and it’s unfair to try to compare it to brands like Ashley or Thomasville which are much more expensive.

St Charles, MO
Generally I like VCF. Their products are pretty decent, and a good price, and the staff is usually pretty friendly without pestering you. Its worth a look if you’re on a budget.
