I have been here three times: once for bronchitis, once for stitches, and a third time to have those stitches removed. Every time has been a great experience. Dr. Lauren is kind and professional and Nurse Liz comforted me after my dog bite as she is also a dog lover. I have consistently had good experiences here. I try to go right when they open so I can be seen quickly. Sometimes there’s a wait by the time I’m leaving.

It seems if you get there in the last hour of the day they are eager to get you out to the point of refusal to perform service. I don ‘t think that is «urgent care» Dissapointed, as I first recommended someone who will never return. My recommendation was made on giving second chances as the Doctors seem nice once seeing you.
I just would not go there in the last hour of service. I hope they read this comment for improvement.

We just moved to the area a few days ago and husband suffering from bad flare up of gout. Calling everywhere for Urgent Care for acute care and were referred to Drs Express from another Urgent Care. Rachel at the front desk, triage nurse and Adam Cadan were so professional, and the office was easy to find with comfortable surroundings. Adam even went above and beyond to recommend Drs for us in the area since we just moved here. Husband was able to get a prescription to alleviate the pain and were referred to Stamford Hospital for bloodwork. Drs Express will be our first stop for medical care and advise in the future.
