Came in on an unexpected busy Monday and needed to find an item in the kitchen gadget. I asked a employee who’s hands were full if they carried a certain item and showed her on my phone what it looked like. Without hesitation she went over to the particular section and searched. Having not found it went straight to a computer to look up inventory and said it was an online item and if I would like to order and have shipped to which I agreed. She was very pleasant and took my address and walked me to an attendant who rung me up while my helper oversaw the process. What a great shopping experience! Someone was there to do their job and do it well. Thank you Francine!

There wasn’t a price on something I wanted to buy and it took them 5 minutes to figure out how to get someone to the front to do a price check and then another few minutes for them to come back. I could have easily gone and found one with a tag in 2 minutes. Nothing is worse than standing at a cashier and waiting for 5+ min. They gave me an extra few $ off for the wait, but that was probably just because I had an unhappy look on my face. Not my favorite.

I’ve lived in Stamford my whole life and BB&B was always okay. I recently moved to Danbury and soon realized how unprofessional the Stamford one is. They are staffed by employees who do not ask if you need help and do not know what they are doing. The item I bought had a sticker on it for $ 5.99. I had a 20% off coupon, but somehow the total came to $ 6.80. I slid my card and got out of there because I was in a rush… But as soon as I got outside I realized that the total made no sense. I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $ 7.99 and $ 1.20 off with the coupon. I went back in and told them that I was charged 2 extra dollars and wanted them to fix the price. They said, «Yeah sorry, that’s the manufacturer’s price. We can’t honor that.» I said, «It’s the only price on here. How was I supposed to know?» And she just said said sorry and refused to honor the sticker price. I just returned the item altogether. Really annoying.

I never had such a bad experience in a bed bath and beyond before! I think the beyond stood for rude cashiers and a waste of my time! I will never go back here again!

We needed to quickly pick up a small item and I knew it would be here since I shop this chain at home. The store was messy, crowded and more disorganized than my usual. The staff here did not seem very friendly or to care about what they were doing.

This is your standard BBB… well organized and loaded w/goodies. The parking lot can be a little confusing depending on which way you enter. You either end up in the main BBB lot or the smaller lot that’s meant for Old Navy, Michael’s, etc… The staff was friendly and it wasn’t crazy crowded. I’d definitely go back.
