The Ridge Club Deli

Arrived too early for check in to our timeshare at another site and advise to go to The Ridge Tahoe’s clubhouse. Hungry for lunch. I ordered the Club sandwich with real turkey, ham and cheese on toasted wheat, nuts bread. It was very good. I got the side salad with vinaigrette pesto dressing. My husband got the hamburger which looked juicy and he said it was delicious. The service was excellent.

Only ate there twice due to the lack of restaurants here. Seems very overpriced for average food. We got the luis wrap with shrimp. 2 orders with drinks. $ 30. WTH. the wrap was also cold and very soggy. I was hoping for better food options.

This is the place to enjoy a Breakfast Lunch or Dinner. The friendly staff rearee lly know how to please their customers. So many options under $ 10. From their home made banana bread to their Saturday and Sunday Omlet Bar for $ 10.95 to their Starbucks Coffee with free refills you really can’t go wrong.
Oh and their breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls are to die for. Man if only I could take home their chef to make me a god meal.
They even have iced blended coffee beverages to lattes.
Please disregard the 1 star review below as this individual clearly does not know what he is talking about. Even if he had a bad experience once he could have brought it up to the cashier and they would have made sure his order was remade etc.

Dining options near our condo at the Ridge Pointe on the Nevada side of the Heavenly Resort were very slim during our vacation a few weeks back. After an exhausting day on the slopes we made our way over to the Ridge Club. Fortunately we were able to call the resort transportation number and ask for a complimentary ride to the club. The shuttle bus was at our door within minutes to take us to our destination.
The Ridge Club is not only home to a couple of dining options, it also houses the indoor/​outdoor pool, a workout facility, and spa. On our Monday evening visit the Hungry Bear Restaurant was not open, but the Ridge Club Deli is open seven days a week. The menu is a short list of various sandwiches along with soup, chili, and take-​n-​bake pizza.
My wife ordered the veggie sandwich, which featured a naan style bread wrapped around a variety of fresh vegetables and hummus, topped with a delicious tahini like sauce.
I went with the cranberry turkey sandwich topped with Swiss cheese, onions and cranberry mayo on Grilled Sourdough ($ 8.50). All sandwiches are served with a garden salad or a bag of chips. I really enjoyed the garden salad and would definitely recommend it. The sandwich was piled tall with turkey and had a nice flavor from the cranberry mayo and onions.
I was very surprised and impressed by the quality of food from the Ridge Club Deli. It would serve as a great lunch option while on the slopes if it didn’t require a bus ride up to the building. Otherwise it is a great option for a quick and delicious dinner.

We have come to The Ridge @ Lake Tahoe for 5 years and always eat at the Deli.
The employees are great and the food for a deli is delish! We have the mixed greens salad a few nights a week with an awesome basil vinaigrette dressing. We love the Portobello Panini and the stir fry bar on friday nights and omelet bar on sunday am… YUM!
