When I used to go there the manager was always pushy trying to up sell and sell thing that I did not need, purchased a starter motor and have replaced it 5 times in 14 months, life time warranty but who the heck wants to do this job over and over, I know go to Jo-​Jos on page, better price and quality parts every time. And they seem to know what they are talking about

I was shopping around for a new Performance cold air intake kit for my 2015 Durango RT and couldnt decide on which one to go with and where to get it without getting screwed.
The Dealership said $ 407.00 just for the kit, not including labor, so it probably would’ve been another $ 130 just for the labor. Yeah ok !!
Continued looking online and making some phone calls, then i stopped by Autozone and for my luck it was dead inside so the 4 gentleman that were working all helped me out with deciding on which one would be best for me.
They didnt have it in stock but they said they’ll definitely have it in 2 days and i said «look i have no clue how to change it myself i know about cars as much as a Rock would, can you guys do it for me? «and they assured me that one of them would be there on Saturday and that they would do it for me.
2 days later i get the phone call right before noon (just as they said i would) and was told that my package had arrived.
Rushed over and Tyler saw me a remembered me immediately and said «cmon bud lets install this kit » .
As he was replacing the the stock intake with the New K&N kit infront of the store, it started raining and i felt so bad, i said dude if you want I’ll drive it up on the curb under the awning and He replied naa man its just rain no worries !
About 20 or so mins later new Intake kit installed, Sounds and Looks flippin awesome and and im a Happy Driver .
Wanna thank Tyler and the crew at Autozone for taking the time to help me and install my new part and also for promptly getting it delivered exactly when they said they would. Big Props fellas !!

Great service and help, why go elsewhere?!?

I like Autozone for the selection they have because I do all my own work on vehicles that I can handle. However, I find it annoying that they try to up-​sale you every time you walk in. Buy a bottle of oil they want to sell you a funnel. Buy a windshield wiper the ask if you want an air freshener. Also at this location I find that the parts guys are always too bothered to answer any questions or look up a part.
Being this is my local Autozone I will definitrly going back.
