John over at the Coastal New Dorp branch a branch was so helpful in getting me my sprinkler supplies I will definitely definitely go back

Chad the head manger called and ask me about my experience. I explained what had happened in the new dorp showroom. He understood and said he would speak to salespeople. Chad wanted to give me something for all of my inconvenience but I would not accept. I just hope salespeople will be more considerate to a customers needs and be a little more nicer.

At first glance, it doesn’t look like they offer much. The smell of Subway, located next door, was bothering me as soon as I entered. After getting over the smell and browsing the store, there is another room hidden in the back right, with more on display. My mother and I spoke to Bob, who was a huge help! We went there just to order a new tub for her bathroom & ended up purchasing all other necessities as well! They priced everything much cheaper than other places we looked. He showed us everything in the showroom that we needed and could choose from, as well as offering his professional opinion of the look we were going for. If something wasn’t on display, he checked the websites to see what they offered for particular models. He was honest about pricing and helped us stay within our budget. He reviewed everything with us in the end and offered further assistance, if needed, while we wait for our delivery. Definitely pleased with the service and attention to detail! I can’t wait to see the finished product & will be going there for any future renovations.
