Pros: great massage chairs and décor. Clean.
Cons: staff is pushy and VERY rough. My girlfriend and I went together and we both wanted the mani/​pedi for $ 27. I know they have to upsell, but we were both overcharged from pricing in brochure, and they were put out that we didn’t want the extras they tried adding. We also had scratches on our legs from the massage with exfoliating scrub. It was more like getting massaged with razor blades. No hand massage with mani but probably for the better! They were also very rough with pushing cuticles and cutting… I asked several times to be more gentle but no relief.
Nails look nice but will not go back. If you want to get beat on price and body go here.

Cute place, I was hoping for a positive experience but after one day a few of my nails chipped and now 2 days later my French manicure is completely off. Waste of $ 13. I won’t go back.

I decided to try this place after someone recommended it to me. Not impressed. The gel manicure came sloppy and the manicurist cut me pretty badly when doing my cuticles. I have never had this happen before! I put medicine on it and it feels better today but very worrisome nevertheless. They seemed short staffed and just a bad overall experience. Will stick with my regular place.

This nail place could quite possibly been one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I purchased a gel manicure and regular unsanitary pedicure for $ 55. Go to glamour nails on Richmond Ave!
Here’s my experience:
Walk in on a day when it’s 90 degrees out, it was probably 85 degrees inside the nail place. I’ve had roughly around 100 gel manicures in my lifetime. The lady doing my nails begins and puts wayyy to many coats of whatever it is before they even put the color polish on. Then she unevenly painted the color coat 3 more times and blamed the color for it being uneven. For my pedicure they used the same foot stand on me that they used for the guy sitting extremely too close next to me who had his dead skin scrapped from his feet 2 second before. They did not wash it, wipe it off, or anything. Went from his wet foot to mine. I almost threw up. Then they just threw the tool they used to scrape his feet back into the cabinet for the next lucky customer.
Finally, I went to pay. Upon handing them my card I was informed there would be a $ 2 charge. Besides this being illegal, there was no signage anywhere about this charge. The only signage they had up was that there was a $ 10 min for all credit cards.
Stay away from the disgusting horrible place! Wish I could get my money back!

I didn’t love it here, the people seem nice and décor is very pretty, but I will not be back. I may have got unlucky my nail lady wasn’t great. The polish used should have been thrown out it was old and globbing on, she noticed I even said something and she agreed but continued to use it. I also had to remind her to use the oil on my cuticles. Frustrating? And she didn’t cut them at al. She didn’t give me a manicure (clean nails, file etc) she literally took off my gel polish and put on some new gel polish. Over all sub par job. The décor is nice and very clean. Prices are average. When I went to pay she said it would be a 2 $ charge for using my credit card. Which I really think is ridiculous. They have signs saying $ 10 minimum but nothing stating there is a fee for using your credit card. I do not plan on coming back here.

Not only are they very clean, they are wonderful people. Definitely loved coming here and I will definitely be back! It is so hard to find a good salon on this island. This place is a gem!

Love love love this place! Their prices are great and so is their service. They always ask if you would like some coffee or tea and they give you a quick massage once your nails are done. I haven’t gotten a pedicure yet but I’m very picky with my nails and I just can’t say how much I love the way they do them! Definitely going back, love this salon!
