I always dreaded shopping in this store because I found the manager and employees to be a bit rude. Really poor customer service. But I wasn’t going to let their poor customer service from stopping me. Well, recently I went shopping at the store and when I went to pay for my purchase, the employee asked me I wanted to open an Avenue credit card. I politely declined and cringed. Because I knew she was not going to let it go and she didn’t. She began badgering me — I continued to decline and by now I was feeling really uncomfortable. I wanted to pay with cash. I asked her if paying cash would be a problem and she became indignant. «Well, if you really don’t care about saving money or earning points for future purchases then I suppose it’s not a problem.» WTF — seriously??? Well — if you don’t care about losing a customer then I don’t see a problem either.

Teresa and Isabelle are AMAZING! They always help me every time I go into this store. I saw the other review and that is just total opposite what I get when I go in this store. I am in a wheel chair they carry my clothes, help me pick out outfits for certain occasions and we always have some laughs every time I go in there! I love this store and all the sales associates are amazing! Thank you guys for everything!

I wish I could do negative stars for there customer service. Had to return two shirts because they shrank and I wash according to directions. Manager was rude, disrespectful, and accused me or not following directions. I hade the receipt and all I wanted was my money back. She wanted me to wait till Thursday till another manager came in. They claimed that they couldn’t find the items. Two seconds I found them. Rude employees!!!
