Bait and switch. Sold me on one set of items at 50% off, then told me that they were not 50% after all it was just these other two over here on the same shelf. I’ll be reporting to them to the Better Business Bureau later.

I had a good time in this shop talking to the owner and a nice young lady working inside.
They have mostly silver jewelry, some higher end pieces and some pieces where you can customize the stones and some Pandora-like bracelet jewelry.
They had some home goods like frames, jewelry boxes, trays, etc. all made of silver and engravable, I believe they do the custom engraving on site.
This is a very nice silver jewelry store and I’ll be sure to stop back in again.

My husband and I were looking for three last minute Mother’s day gifts. The sales associates were friendly and very helpful. They helped us pick out personalized gifts with free engravings. They volunteered to rush the engraving so that I could mail them priority mail in time for Mother’s Day. They also cared enough to call me to make a suggestion on the engraving. In addition, they gift wrapped the items for free. I just received a hand written note in the mail thanking me for shopping there. So I want to thank the Hi Ho Silver team publicly. I can’t remember the last time I received such attentive and caring service from a retail store. It was a pleasure.

Wandered in one recently, for the first time, looking for gifts and had a great experience! As I was having trouble making up my mind, the associate showed me the Kameleon Jewelry collection which was an instant winner! The store is nicely organized and clean. They also offer complementary gift wrapping… gorgeous! I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

I love silver jewelry, gold jewelry is just not my thing. And i particularly like sterling silver jewelry, so Hi Ho Silver is a perfect place for me to browse around on a Saturday afternoon. The store is set up very nicely with all the jewelry organized and set up in an appealing way. The staff is knowledgeable but will also sit back and let you browse around the store without bothering you.
They carry necklaces, rings, charms, lockets, bracelets and also carry things other than silver such as Murano glass, 14k gold, crystals and stones.
Added bonus is they will gift wrap for free and there is also engraving available for specific items!
