Great selections of colors and styles. Got a set of tips with no chip 3 weeks ago and got complimented on them again yesterday! I’ve never had to wait more than 10−15min & usually am seated right away and they start. Yes, sometimes they stop in the middle to answer the phone, take a payment, or do a quick correction, buy they do that everywhere. Here it seems more minimal. I’m very happy with their work and staff.

When I first went there, I was pleased with my service. The atmosphere was clean, very well put together and the people working there were really nice.
I ended up going back a couple times and even got one of my friends to go with me on multiple occasions.
I recently went back there to get a full set put back on after not having them on for awhile and I wanted a French tip. The guy that was taking care of me was going back and forth between me and another customer. That tells me right off the bat that there wasn’t enough employees on and I felt like he was rushing my nails in order to please her as well.
I completely understand how being busy goes and you have to do what you have to do and I was pleased at the time because my nails looked good.
About 2 days later, my nails started coming up and turning extremely yellow. It was really really disappointing… Especially because it was the first time I had my nails back on in awhile. I am hoping nobody else has experienced this but I’m not sure I’ll be going back. Need to find a place more consistent.

Update: A week later I was chopping food and sliced my nail in half with a large knife. (The no-​chip probably saved my finger but that’s not what I came to post.) I went in, they repaired the nail so it would stay attached, and refreshed my manicure on the other nails free of charge. Great customer service, they will have my business in the future.

I just got a mani/​pedi at this place and it was the WORST experience I have ever had. First the water in the pedicure bowl was freezing even after saying something, second they hurried through both my manicure and pedicure so fast that my nails are bubbly and the paint is wrinkled. When I asked her to fix it she looked at me and said «I told you I couldn’t put the top coat on that fast… um I never asked you to put the top coat on that fast!!! WHAT!!! And then on top of that they charged me $ 40…even though the price of a mani/​pedi is $ 36…terrible!

These people are so incompetent that my acrylic set couldn’t even last a full week. That right it broke where they should have glued it. Don’t ever go here as I’m still waiting on them to fix their screw up (of which they told me to come back tomorrow for and had me wait a god dammed hour to even get a «hi.»
Mind you two ladies are sitting around and the guy «owner» is just taking his sweet time.

ZiZa is the place to go! Its seems to be harder and harder to find a good nail salon. This was a first time visit for my mom and I. We have been to almost every salon in the tri-​city area including Venetian, simply nails and several others. We both can honestly say this has been the best mani/​pedi we’ve had in years and it puts them to shame!!! Besides the place being clean! The staff is so friendly and really takes their time. Thank you ZiZa for a great experience! See you in 2 weeks!

This is my first time here and they will definitely have a repeat customer in me. I walked in and there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and shown their excellent selection of polish. Once I picked my color I was shown to the pedicure chair and given a list of pedicure options. I waited for 2 – 3 minutes with my feet soaking while they grabbed everything needed for the pedicure I picked. I really appreciated seeing them pull the tools out of the sterilization pouches, so I know they were clean. My gal took her time with me and gave me a great experience, making sure to ask if I was okay as she was digging out my ingrown toenails. I had a great experience here and suggest trying it out.

Outstandingly clean facilities with great layout and super kind and knowledgeable technicians. This is my mom’s favorite place and I can certainly see why.
