I had a good experience with Fort Bend Imaging. I called to book my appointment and and was given instructions on what to bring. I was informed of the cost of each procedure, but did not have to pay until after it was submitted to my insurance. When I got lost trying to find their location I was given helpful directions. My procedure begin on time. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.

I’m giving one star because there isn’t negative stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have had an apt scheduled for two weeks, I have called every single day to find out the cost of the procedure. I have been told«mam you’re not the only patient» Apparently, they don’t tell you the cost till the day before the procedure, but according to the front desk you can still call and«nag» every day up until you get the information you need. My concern is if they’re this bad in this situation, it can only get worse. I do not want to have to call consistently to get my results. I wish my doctor would not have referred me here. Thankfully, there is another option with way better customer service than this place will ever be able to offer.

Third time in 6 months I have had to go to Fort Bend Imaging for MRI’s. Rene is always very nice & professional. She sets up the scheduling & explains thoroughly how I need to prepare for my test. She explains my co-pay, so I have that ready when I arrive at the facility. Anasara works the front desk & is also very pleasant. She handles my paper work very promptly & my receipt is in my hands in minutes. I have seen some of the negative reviews listed on the Unilocal page, but I have not experienced any of the situations others have listed. Keep up the good work, FBI.

Not pleased. I was glad they were open on Saturday but they opened thirty minutes late. No apology for the wait outside the doors. A tech was there waiting for them to open. The service was okay. At least we didn’t have to wait long once we got in.

Freaking out right now. 5 straight years of mammograms at ft. Bend imaging because my mom had breast cancer at my exact age…53. Found a lump, went to my doctor and she was«concerned» on July 9th. Got scheduled for great ultra sound on 7⁄11. It’s 9pm on7/24. Called 3 x for results. Dr’s office called 2x no results yet. Radiologist was on vacation last week. Just sucks to be me…

Office tells you results will be ready in 48 hours– after a couple of days I call and they tell me I am wrong that it actually takes 5 days… Seriously? why tell patients information that’s not even accurate in the first place? They need to train their staff– bad management.

Working in a providers office; we have the worse time with this facility. They don’t answer the phone when calling; and when you are able to get a person to answer they are extremely rude. We have stopped referring patients to this facility.

Don’t waste your time and energy with the Staff here, go somewhere else. They messed up on my mother’s appointment– they gave away personal medical information to another patient and they cancelled her appointment without any confirmation and REFUSED to accommodate her due to their mistakes
