Pizza Hut

Pizza is average, but really when i asked to be cut into 8 slices some pieces were huge and some were like
Even to a toddler those pieces was too small.
The only reason this place is open is because its cheap.

Unbelievable how impossible it is to order pizza from this location! Apparently the call goes thru to a call center and they take all the details and tell you the pizza will be there at a given time. It never shows up. This has happened to me twice. I am shocked that this is Pizza Hut!

If I could give less than a one star I would. I always have problems with this Pizza Hut. They are slow, they mess up orders, and they always have simple minded individuals working there. After last night I will never go back there again. So I ordered several things last night. They messed up both of my pizzas. On top of that I ordered wings only for my daughter and myself to bite into it… AND IT WAS RAW. Not just in one but five of the eight boneless wings. I called the order line they said a manager would contact me. They never did. Don’t ever go to this pizza hut. They better be glad I didn’t get sick or I would of sued the hell out of them.

Just ordered a pizza and was told it would be an hour wait. Called in to check on it and was told it was actually a two-​hour wait. When I expressed my concern about getting my pizza at 9pm. the guy said with a rude sarcastic tone «I’m so sorry we are busy on a Friday night.» I then asked to speak to a manager. when he informed me he was the manager. ummmmm what??? Needless to say I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere.

Tonight I ordered a game day deal. 2 pizzas, 2 breadsticks and a gallon of tea. An hour later our food finally arrived and after opening all the boxes I quickly discovered the order was completely wrong. One pizza was wrong, both orders of breadsticks had nothing on them and we got Sierra Mist instead of tea. Also, both pizzas were so undercooked you couldn’t pick up a slice without it falling apart.
I called Pizza Hut the first time and they said they would have the manager of my store call me. I never got a call, so I called Pizza Hut back. The second call said they would transfer me to the store. I was transferred and then hung up on.
I called the third time and was told I would be transferred to a manager. I waited 20 minutes on hold and hung up.
I called the forth time and was transferred once again, so I hung up and my husband decided to just drive to our store to get it handled.
When my husband got to the store, there was no remorse, and all they said was that they would remake our order. My husband asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do it because the manager wasn’t there. The person at the store said we would have to bring the old pizzas back tomorrow to talk to the manager about a refund. Why do I have to hold on to old pizzas and drive all the way back to get my refund?
He just arrived back home with our orders and they are worse than the first order we received. The pizza is not cooked and is covered in grease.
I will never, ever, order from this location again. The worse customer service I have experienced at any food establishment, ever. It is ridiculous that I cannot call my local store to complain and rather transfers 18 times at a busy call center.

I do not usually post reviews for mega chains or fast food joints unless it’s something profoundly noteworthy. We placed an online order shortly before 10pm (store closes at 11) we got a confirmation saying it would be delivered at 11:40pm (40 minutes after they close?) So the confirmation email lists the «number to the local store» in order to obtain an accurate delivery time. Nope, it sends you to call center despite it being a local #. We were told we could not communicate with the location and were hung up on twice. We spoke to a 3^rd woman at the call center who confirmed our order, so we decided to wait. We waited on a delivery that never happened. We did not receive our pizza despite several calls to the customer service center and an email confirmation. This is the only place I wish I could award zero or negative stars. This is the last, among a handful of other bad experiences from this location. Never again. Pizza Hut as a company should be fully ashamed at their call center customer service approach. It’s pathetic.
Edit: The pizza showed up at 10 minutes until 1am, so it was not technically a no show. I mentioned to the driver that they were running late tonight in a joking manner and he got pretty defensive stating the time it would be delivered. No, sir, you did not mention it would be delivered 12:50AM on a Sunday night. You were over one hour later than the 2 hour delivery window, for a total of 3 hours. At least the corporate office tried to make it right. I will be sure to use my credit at a completely different location.

I ordered about $ 40 worth of pizza at 9:57pm online and received an email confirmation for my order. The store closes at 11pm. My order wasn’t delivered! This is a horrible store.

BS pizza. Ordered large chicken and spinach pizza. When it was delivered there were three pieces of spinach on there. Wtf kind of shit is that. Fuck this place

I had a horrid experience with Pizza Hut. I ordered pizza, stuffed crust cheese, for delivery and it took over an three hours and when the pizza did get to my house it was the wrong order. They gave me a pepperoni pizza, so I called Pizza Hut and they told me that this was what I ordered. I ended up going down there and giving them back the pizza and told them to take it off my card because I was not paying for something I did not order. When I told this to the manager she just laughed at me. NEVER ordering from them ever again dominos is much better.

I wanted to give them no stars, but that was not an option. Who takes over an hour (still counting) on a Tuesday night? Go to Dominos. They always deliver in less than 30 minutes and better quality

Never ordering delivery again. We always pick up from another location for Pizza Hut because this places has the worst service. They don’t care about customers, I waited an hour and a half till calling. Got transferred back and fort from a call center and the store itself for 20minutes. I Ended up on the phone with the store and got put on hold but all she did was put the phone down, I could hear them go on about like my call never came through. Why would my phone call to the store number go to a call center first? This location has horrible service, don’t ever order from this location. We only ordered from there because we had guests over and couldn’t leave to pick up food and they ended up leaving because it got too late.

I had always like pizza Hut. I changed my preference once I tried this pizza Hut because it lacked good service. The Tomato sauce tasted incredibly salty. If you want to keep your pizza hut as your favorite pizza restaurant then never go to this one.

ugh! I had a 50% off coupon, so ordered a large pizza — pepperoni and onion, half mushroom, half bell pepper.
It arrived 10 minutes sooner than they said it would (though, 40 minutes after ordering) and I am wholly unimpressed. The pizza didn’t hold together at all, the toppings came flopping off, the cheese was thick, cracked and congealed, the onions and bell peppers were pretty much raw (how, I’ve no idea!!)
I had to pay a buck for ranch, just to get them to deliver my food ($ 10 food minimum), though at the end of the day, I’m glad I got the ranch, cause their crust was boring and bland and needed dipping in something!
We won’t be ordering again, it’s just not as good as other local pizza places!

I’ve had several problems with delivery from this pizza hut location.
First problem I had, the pizza came to my door SOGGY, with the pizza looking as if it fell and was put back together.
Secondly, I tried to order by calling them and I was directed to a customer service hotline that couldn’t even tell me if they delivered to my place or not.
Since when did ordering a pizza become so difficult!

I’ve ordered from this local 5 times and only had one kinda-​good experience. They have to be the worst Pizza Hut in the US. They make Cici’s cheese covered cardboard seem gourmet in comparison. Chronic delivery errors, usually delivered late, burned dry pizza, irregular sizing that cheats you on the large, and apple pies so covered in cinnamon they look like brown wedding cookies are the norm with this local. Count your lucky stars when your call on their automated machine hangs up on you every call, and DON’T use the net instead! You just dodged a major bullet, my friend. Order something else from another restaurant – ANYTHING else. Heck, eat a PJ for dinner! No doubt they don’t answer the phone so they don’t have to dodge complaints from poor souls like me who ordered on-​line. I waited over an hour tonight for burned cardboard and awful apple pies, and can’t even call and ask for another pizza to be sent! Truly awful and they don’t care.
