So My Husband was Medically Separated from the Marines and This is the doctor tri Care Assigned me to. I just called today and the receptionist says to me «she doesn’t take tri-​care and hasn’t for years, she was nasty about it, your welcome for my Husbands Service! Verterns and thier Families will be denied care by this doctor! Don’t Go Here! Wish there was an option to give Zero Stars. I don’t want someone who doesn’t support our Military Member and Families treating me anyway! Ten thumbs Down.

She would get zero stars If it was possible, all this Dr. Wants to do is push pills, my husband has a serious life threatening condition and she ran several tests in the past and they came back negative so she gave up looking and said he would just have to live with it! Since then he has been hospitalized several times and they tell you to follow up with your PCP after and she has told him every time, you don’t need to follow up with me just see your other Dr’s. And then she gets pissed off when his other Dr’s change his meds to try and help him until they figure out just what is going on. If all you need is someone for flu shots or allergy problems she may be fine but if you need someone who really cares enough about your health to actually do something LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I wish I couldn’t even give this woman one star! She has completely neglected to be a decent doctor let alone a superior doctor. My boyfriends father has been seeing her for some time now with these very bad episodes that cause his blood pressure to sky rocket, his heart to be bad and now they cause him to black out. She kept telling him there was nothing she could do for him and that he would have to live with this for the rest of his life. The first trip to the ER the cardiologist was beside himself that he was on the heart Meds that Danek prescribed specifically how big of a dose… That basically alone could kill him.
After the episodes start getting worse in the last 7 weeks and several trips to the ER Loma Linda Medical Center Murrieta witnessed him having an episode and sent him to Loma Linda University Medical main campus where he was hooked up to neurological devices for several days. They started changing other Meds and he started feeling a little better. Shortly after they found something in a urine test. Was sent home to go thru his General Dr, when she was contacted Dr Daneks office did nothing but give them the run around until My boyfriends dad went down there and face to face and told them «look I have been in the hospital for 10 days, coded blue and have been thru hell you people need to listen, this top neurologist is requesting this and you MUST get this done ASAP!» During his visit there Danek REFUSED to talk to him even for a minute when she was standing just out of sight where she could feed her office girl some stupid answer that she didn’t have time for him… Her patient that could have died. He told the office lady it is VERY SIMPLE all you need to do is call this top neurologist at this number and he will give you the referral. They still were giving him a hard time about getting a simple ursine test done. Well finally they got him in for a test after a week, during his visit Dr Danek came out and was laughing making light of his situation, saying oh I hear you have been going thru a tough time… Blah blah blah… All the while with a stupid grin on her face as tho his situation was something to laugh about. She has treated him like she didn’t even care… Even after LLMedical Center told us this is life threatening! She had completely given up on finding an answer for him… When all it took was a little more digging and a doctor that cared… Oh yeah and a simple urine test. He is now back in the ER with another bad episode and while we were on the phone with Daneks office they acted careless and like they had no idea who we were even talking about. Dr Danek does NOT care about her patients. She should NOT be practicing at all!!!

I needed to be seen ASAP. My insurance just switched and this is a new Doctor that I decided to try. I was a little worried after I went on Unilocal and read the reviews. Well, you can’t always judge off that. They got me right in, her front staff was polite. Her nurse was extremely sweet and Dr. Danek was amazing. She truly cared and wants to make sure I can get this annoying unsolved allergy I have fixed. She wrote me a referral to a place that is getting me in tomorrow and she gave me the prescriptions I need to help with this inflammatory problem, my eczema and congestion and swelling. I’m very pleased and I look forward to being a patient for Dr. Susan Danek and her staff… thanks ladies :)

The staff is horrible and so is dr. Danek I was a cash patient when I was seen by her and I was disgusted as to how I was treated as I did not have health insurance she was very eager to get me out of the room ASAP and as she was walking out I asked if I could please just ask one question and she replied «yeah I guess but make it quick» I would never recommend anyone to her. I think she is in the wrong line of business.

Horrible people working the phones/​desk «Amanda» told me to go figure it out my self. I am a new patient and wanted an appointment … Apparently is was to much work for Amanda to help me with!!! So if they can’t help with a question how is it gonna be with your health !!! Will not ever make an appointment with this doctor!!!
