Best dental office I’ve been to yet. I have had extensive dental work done with much more to go. Dr. Molstad has always treated me with respect and has never made me feel bad about how terrible my teeth are. I would highly recommend Dr. Molstad and her team. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but you can be assured she will spend the extra time with you if you need it.

An absolute nightmare in service and billing. Our daughter lost a small composite filling on the bottom edge of her front tooth. We called to get an appointment right away as she was self-​conscious about it. My wife informed them over the phone that we no longer have the dental insurance that we used on the last visit. The next day we checked her in and reiterated that we do NOT have dental insurance and need to pay the full amount via debit card. My wife gave them her full VISA card info IN PERSON, before they even saw our daughter. I left to go grab a sandwich across the street. They bounced our daughter out of their office in a matter of a few minutes claiming that her braces A) caused the filling to chip out and B) prevented her from filling the chip on the bottom edge of her front tooth. Our daughter knows that the chip happened from biting into something. So we immediately went to the orthodontist, who is incredibly awesome, always. He was skeptical about the dentist’s claim as well but aims to accommodate so he immediately removed the top wire and added cement to give extra clearance between the bottom brackets and her top teeth. We went back the next day to get the quick composite fix done. They charged us what they originally estimated, on paper, minutes after showing up the previous morning to confirm that we would be paying the entire amount out of pocket. No problem right? Fast forward almost 4 weeks later. I get a call saying that they were trying to bill my former insurance company for the work. I was incredulous. An hour later I get a call from Joe demanding more money. Of course they weren’t calling my wife who was the one who informed them TWICE that we were paying the entire amount out of pocket AND PAID the bill in the first place. What they didn’t know was that she was sitting right next to me in the car listening to their bogus story. I honestly think they were trying to double bill initially then someone came in later and mistakenly thought it was a routine insurance claim. STAY FAR AWAY. We will be going back to our longtime family dentist in San Diego county for future dental work.

Love this dental office! My sister’s family comes here so they referred me. My favorite thing about Dr. Molstad is that she doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and works with your insurance plan so that you pay the least amount possible out of pocket. My insurance annual max is $ 1500 so she made me a priority list of what needed to be done and what could wait until the next year so I could use the next $ 1500. Any other dentist would have told me I needed it all ASAP so that would have to pay a lot out of pocket. She’s very gentle, and everyone that works in the office is very friendly. Her husband is the office manager so he helps in dealing with the payments and insurance. Betsy the front desk person is super sweet and will try to squeeze you in if its an emergency. They are very popular and closed Fri-​Sun so book your appointments early and be prepared to wait because her office is always full of patients so you might be there a while. Totally worth it in my opinion. P. s. My nieces have been going there since they were babies and they love going to the dentist.

Great family dental office, friendly staff they work with all insurances and appt’s are wasy to make, they are closed on Fri, Sat and Sun so that can be tricky if you have a busy schedule.
I am so glad we were able to have them as our dental office for a few years, since we moved to NJ we are now looking dor new Dr’s and Dentist, sigh, hate this part of moving.

I recently moved here for a job and didn’t really know where to look for a good dentist. I’m always scared of them overcharging me or performing unnecessary treatment on me. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the other review but this place was close to my area and they really tried to work with me around my schedule and insurance company. I was blown away by how great the staff was I was obviously nervous and a bit defensive at times but they really worked with me. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Mostad. She explained to me all the work I needed to get done and was really patient with me. I was a little skeptical coming in but now I’m so glad that I did because I love this place and will definitely be coming back! … Hopefully I won’t have to come in more than 2 times a year but if I do, I’d definitely would be comfortable coming in because I know they’ll take good care of me.

Wonderful, friendly staff! I was very nervous to go in, but they made it a very comforting experience. I’ve told all my friends and family to go to Dr. Molstad.

Came in to get my teeth cleaned, it was my second visit. This time it was just okay. The dental assistant was friendly, and my hygienist Jackie was super nice, polite, and willing to answer all my questions. I was disaponted when Dr Molstad came in. I was sitting in the chair and she came in never acknowledged me while she looked at my X-​rays, sat down never said who she was or what he was about to do, she just put that little mirror in my mouth said I didn’t have cavities, and said the hygienist would be in soon. The woman at the front desk, the dental assistant and the hygienist (Jackie) were great. As for the rest of the staff, they didn’t come off very friendly or welcoming.
