Open Range Pest Control

We moved to AZ about a year ago and have been using Open Range Pest Control during this time. We have been extremely happy with their services. I did not have one spider, roach, or scorpion in my house all year. Outside I saw a few crickets, and I mean a FEW, but nothing else… and our yard backs up to open desert.
They make it very easy to schedule an appointment with their email system, and are quick to post a paid invoice. When you email them, they get back to you quickly.
Today I had them apply pre emergent weed control. The technician was very careful to apply the product so that it was not on my pavers, but also make sure that our gravel was completely covered. The product they use does not smell. We had another company apply a treatment previously, and it smelled so bad you didn’t want to go outside, and I had yellow stains on my pavers, and walls. I was thrilled to see that Open Range uses a product that is much more consumer friendly.
We have had the same technician all year, which is great. He is polite, neat, respectful and doesn’t look like he belongs on America’s Most Wanted!
We have been very happy with this company!!!

Delane and his team have taken care of all my pest control needs.
When I called Open Range for a quote I suspected Termites on my house, but I was unsure and didn’t want to be pressured into anything. Delane took the time to explain how the bugs work, and what the recommended treatment was. He offered to send one of his highly qualified employees out to walk the perimeter of my house with me and to go over the treatment options and fees.
I received an immediate follow up call from his employee Sarah to schedule a site visit. Sarah was flexible and agreed to come out first thing in the morning and even offered to bring me a Starbucks on the way! Sarah came out to my house, gave it a full inspection for what I suspected was Termites. She was so pleasant and went over all the options in a no pressure way.
We closed the deal and I can honestly say it has been a great experience and would recommend Open Range to friends/​family & co-​workers without hesitation.

Great service and great company! DeLane’s company is absolutely fantastic at what they do, all of their employees are very nice and prompt with appointments. They’ve always answered and spent time answering any questions we have about the bug/​scorpion problems we have. I highly recommend them

Just had Tim w/​ORPC come out for the 1^st time at the recommendation of a friend and W-​O-​W I am impressed! I was pretty certain I saw a black widow a few nights ago, which is what prompted me to find a pest management company. To start, the Owner, Delane, was vacationing to celebrate his 10 yr wedding anniversary (congratulations & good for you for prioritizing such an important life event-​makes me want to choose your company even more for knowing your priorities) so I wasn’t sure if I’d get a call back or even get something scheduled that fit my schedule. But, I left a voice message & my call was returned even sooner than the time mentioned in the message, so that was impressive! Then, although I scheduled on Friday afternoon, they were kind enough to come out next day (the only day for a while I’d be able to make it work)!! Further, Tim called me promptly when he was en route w an ETA & arrived as he said. Upon arrival & throughout his time at the house, Tim was friendly & knowledgeable & entertained all of my questions & showed me four, that’s right, 4!!, Black Widow webs!

DeLane has provided pest control for my home for several years and I remain VERY impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Always prompt, friendly and flexible, DeLane provides an educational, no frills, no contracts service with very reasonable prices. Most important, I no longer have an issue with ants, bugs, crickets, crawly critters and other things that go bump in the night. If I could give 10 stars, I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a major ant issue inside our house. The owner DeLane came right out and took care of it. We have not seen one single ant since he was here. At my old house we were dealing with scorpions and crickets and he got rid of those right away also. He truly takes pride in his work. II honestly and truly can recommend open range pest control.

We’ve had other Pest Control services in the past including Bulwark and Greenleaf pest control, and we were never fully satisfied with our service. When we switched our services over to Open Range, we knew we made the right choice when we went a month (after services) without seeing any bugs! We had a few scorpions this last year, and Bulwark was always making «return visits» in between our monthly service. With Open Range, we haven’t seen any scorpions and we haven’t needed any extra spraying other than our monthly service! Open Range is reasonably priced, and they pride themselves on making sure you’re a satisfied customer. The owner, Delane, is very friendly and easy to talk to, and is very knowledgable about the products he uses inside and outside of your home. We are so happy we made the switch to Open Range and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for effective pest control!
