Great customer service, employees were nice even late at night right before closing.

This location had the best customer service. I left feeling kind of special. Not only that, I left with a really tasty sandwich. The guy helped me figure out what kind of bread would go best with my egg salad mix? I didn’t feel rushed. For sure I would go back here.

Perfect place for a quick bite during your lunch break. Parking can suck at this location though. My favs — Asian Chicken Salad and their CHILI! I never even knew they served chili! I usually order a cup of that and a small side salad. Comes out to be about $ 9. Check in on Unilocal and get a free soda if you buy a sandwich. Only downside, depending which cashier you get, some of them take FOREVER to put your meal together.

This Togo’s is very busy at noon on weekdays. Beware. If I’m grabbing lunch I go at 11:30. However, you can call in or order online. Go straight to the designated pick up area to the left instead of waiting in the long line. I’ve recently discovered their hot roast beef sandwich on Parmesan cheese bread, absolutely filling. I used to get turkey and avocado, but I’ve branched out to chicken Caesar salad wraps with the spinach wrap, the Asian chicken salad wrap, and Santa Fe salad wrap. The salads are good without the tortilla as well, they just take longer to eat. There’s a 6″ sandwich of the day for $ 6, add chips and soda for a bit more, say $ 1.50-$ 2 or so. I had no idea the large 9″ option costs about $ 9 now depending on what you order. Kind of makes Subway’s $ 5 – 6 foot long seem more enticing, but I can’t always get oven roasted chicken. There are two sandwich makers in particular that I find outstanding, but I forget to ask their names. I would check the receipts but their coworkers ring up orders they prepare. FYI, the back entrance closes at 4:30pm. Check in for a free 21oz fountain drink!

Service animals only welcome if nobody is uncomfortable! I have a medical condition with a prescribed reason from 3 doctors that has me with a service animal for assistance. I have flown numerous times and been to countless public places without issue. But today(probably the third time I’ve been to this location with my service dog) I was approached and was asked for a service ID tag. In accordance with the ADA this is NOT required nor have I ever been asked for this even from a TSA agent or airline employee. When I informed the manager of this he comented to say well that’s what the county health code says I have to ask for and I told him that federal law states otherwise(mind you the county website says nothing about this ID). While he did not force me to leave I was very uncomfortable and will not be bring my business back to this restaurant. The worker then proceeded to say that since it’s not busy no problem but if we were busy and a customer was uncomfortable then you would have to leave. So because someone doesn’t like dogs my disability is inconsequential and I can be discriminated against? Well tomorrow the county will be notified of this treatment and my business will be taken to a Togos owned by a different group.

Well, thoroughly disappointed with this location. This review is going to be based off of two separate visits. First visit: I placed my order online because I only get 30 minutes for a lunch and need to be in and out quickly to have enough time to eat. I get there and my order ticket is still sitting in the printer. The girl at the counter quickly placed the blame on her co-worker. Not very professional to take care of the manner at all. She quickly made the sandwiches and I had to tell her all over again what they were. I paid for my items and didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Second visit: Did an over the phone order based on previous experience. This time with four sandwiches and a wrap. They messed up two sandwiches by placing the extra salami on the wrong sandwich and the extra bacon and yellow peppers also on the wrong sandwich. I suggest that if you do decide to go to this location to go there and make sure they do it right. Otherwise they’re going to get it wrong if you order over the phone or online.

One word… Awesome! This Togo’s is definitely on my top 5 places to go for lunch. It is a great place to get fast, healthy and delicious food. I have tried almost all of the sandwiches and all of them are great. All of the sandwiches are not for everyone, my suggestion is to custom make a sandwich. I like to order my favorite type of sandwich, pastrami =), and add the Asian salad dressing instead of mayo and mustard. The spicy, tangy sauce gives the sandwich a little kick. I also like to substitute the other sauces and add cheese! YUM! Try their Manager’s special on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays! Definitely worth it. They only do it at this location. Also if you are in a rush, you can order over the phone or online.

I had my heart set on togos today, especially the pastrami sandwich, number 9. First thing when I walk in there’s music blaring and the TV obnoxiously loud and just two people waiting at the counter ordering. I grabbed a bag of chips while I wait and by the time I’m three quarters of the way through the chips I get my order taken, and I am told that everyone wants pastrami and I’ll have to wait another 10 minutes before it’s ready. With the music blaring I decided to just call it quits and leave.

I did receive a response from Togos asking that I reconsider visiting as they aim to improve. No consideration was acknowledged for a discount coupon to retry so they will not get more than my original $ 15 already spent. My son’s sandwich was partially cold and a complete mess and only had pastrami/bread as ingredients. How do you get that wrong and falling apart?

I’m a huge fan of TOGO’s as I’m in dire love of their Pastrami sandwich. It’s the only thing I get from TOGO’s. I was on my way home and I decided to stop by this TOGO’s. I’ve never gone to this one and decided to try it out. First off it was about noon and this place is in a heavily populated business area. So of course there was going to be a huge line. Sure enough there was, however it was nice to see that they had a full army of sandwich making guru’s behind the counter, feverishly making sandwiches at lightning speed. The line moved VERY quick, the army of sandwich makers must’ve been on their game! My turn came up and even though it was crazy busy in there the lady behind the counter had a huge smile on her face and a very welcoming aura. I unfortunately never got her name, however she was a young smiley asian lady, with very cool decorative earrings. She asked me how my day was, and what plans I had for the day. That honestly caught me off guard as I’ve never been asked those questions at a TOGO’s, even more so that the place was super busy and she still asked me how my day was! So we chatted as she made my sandwich, I can tell she was a deadly sandwich making ninja as she was able to make my sandwich perfectly will holding a perfect conversation with me. When it was time to pay, an older gentlemen told me the price and I paid. I had a feeling he was the owner and told him that they are getting people in and out at an impressive rate. He just confidently said they have a system back there that works perfectly… In my mind that means he was the sandwich making ninja head master… you never want to challenge the head master… Overall wonderful place, every worker was smiling and laughing and just seem to be enjoying their job. I’ll definitely be stopping by here more often! Kudos to the young lady with the cool decorative earrings who helped me with my sandwich!

I stopped in for their daily special combo. It was Thursday, so it was a regular roast beef sandwich, chips and drink for $ 6.00. That’s a deal! Only one customer ahead of me, so I got the food in less than ten minutes. The front section of the dining area was packed, so I headed down the aisle way toward the back where the high rise tables are. This is a good spot to be if you want to get away from the noise. I’ve eaten here many times since it’s close to work, and it’s hit or miss. But fortunately more hits. The misses are usually the result of not following procedure. In this case, the hot roast beef was being heated too long, creating a rubbery texture and taste. I am glad they overloaded the sandwich with mayo to cover that sensation. But one sandwich that you can’t go wrong with is the pastrami. They have to make that one first rate because of their Togo’s pastrami guarantee. The soups are flavorful and the salads tasty. Enough options you won’t tire of.

After finding this ToGos I no longer go to the Subway near the gym. It is not so much because of price but because quality. The daily special is a really good deal. I am not a huge soda drinker so I just get the 6 inch for 4 dollars. To add a soda it is a dollar more and to add chips and a soda it is 2 dollars more. That is only a dollar difference from Subways daily special 6 inch with chips and a soda. They don’t have as many toppings as Subway does but when your deli meats and cheese are good you should not have to add all that stuff. The only topping I do miss is the cucumber. ToGos doesn’t have cucumber. But I will be back again in a few days.

Well, I have read the reviews here on Unilocal. It seems this location gets some bad press for seemingly easily fixed items. Let me bring something to point. Interesting, really who Unilocal’s a Togo’s(unless they are mad about something)? Does anyone really Unilocal Togo’s to say, who they made a unusually great sandwich? Nothing against any Togo’s, but how often do people Unilocal a McDonalds, Burger King, Subway? These establishments have rules for making things a certain way… It’s not like you are looking at a special place to go, non chain and you are trying to get an idea of what it is like. The reason to Unilocal one of the above chain eateries is because you were disappointed in something, being you got the incorrect cheese on your sandwich, the meat was not hot(or not cold), your sandwich had onions and you didn’t want any. All of those things are easily fixable if you would bring it to the sandwich maker’s attention, then it’s done and everyone is happy. Why are people so afraid to say, «Oh, I didn’t want Mayo on my sandwich.» It is no skin off their nose to remake a sandwich. With that being said… My coworkers frequent this Togo’s often. Yes, usually at the lunchtime rush, usually during the work week. The sandwiches are Togo’s sandwiches(if you frequent Togo’s, you know what to expect). The staff working here are extremely outgoing and friendly, when my coworkers and I are there we see smiles and pleasant employees. The manager/owner seems to care about how his place looks, tables are bused quickly and most anything asked is accommodated. I actually enjoy going to this Togo’s because of the people that work there. I have been too many, many Togo’s, and yes you can come across some the either generally are not as upbeat, clean or have some sort of off smell or the vibe just isn’t there. There are 4 Togo’s within the lunchtime radius of my company; I have been to all of them, but I find myself to continually coming back to this one in particular. For the attitude of the employees, cleanliness of the establishment and well, I like Togo’s sandwiches. If all Togo’s had the type of employee and care to the establishment this one does, it would be great for the entire chain. Togo’s Corporate should look here and learn.

This is my all time favorite Togos location!!! The place is very clean-even the bathrooms. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They also know how to make a great sandwich! My favorite employee is the handsome Filipino guy Randall. He always greets me with a big smile, makes friendly conversation, and makes my sandwich really quick! Overall I’m very pleased with this Togos!

I was having a horrible day, hoping to blow off some steam, I did my usual thing and went to go eat, I choose to go to a place I don’t often go to, cause I was feeling quite adventurous. It was a quiet evening, but I was quickly greeted by two young men with big smiles on their faces, that brought up my attitude quickly. I think their names were Niko, and Nate? I could be wrong, but they recommended a very delicious roastbeef custom sandwich to my liking, and was served in under 5 mins. Sorry for the small tip, but I’ll be sure to be back for that pastrami!

Its obvious that the night staff needs some work. They were chatty and laughing and not paying attention to the customer. It took literally 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches done. Does it really take that long? They need to stop lollygagging and pay attention to their customers and especially how long they spend with each customer. There was only us and another lady and we got in about the same time and it took the other girl just as long. We just wanted to grab something quick and leave but unfortunately they were too busy messing around and taking their sweet time. I asked for a pepper jack pastrami and she walked away and went to go warm up the pastrami without letting me say the other thing i was going to order. Then she finally asked if there was anything else I needed and she rolled her eyes and pulled the pastrami that she had already put in the microwave out. She was obviously upset with helping me. I will not be returning here.

The service here was disappointing. I was surprised to have gotten a coupon through email and since this Togo’s is close to work, I decided to stop by to grab a sandwich. When I presented the coupon the cashier lady won’t honor it claiming it’s only for certain sandwiches when the coupon specifically states that it’s valid for all sandwiches except the daily specials. I told the lady I did not order the daily special and asked her where on the coupon does it say that it’s only good for certain sandwiches and she just ignored my question and repeated the same lines, which was nonsensical and perplexing. What kind of service is that?! I did not have time to deal with her so just paid the full price. Asked for provolone cheese and got cheddar instead. The people behind the counters were joking and laughing the whole time. Hey, I understand it’s important to enjoy a bit but let’s pay some attention here… Service aside I still liked my Togo’s sandwich so willing to give it two stars. The owner/manager here really needs to pay attention to their employees and the quality of their service.

No lines here during lunch hour although the dining room areas were packed full. I usually get a large sized Italian but today, not feeling too hungry, I get the daily deal which is $ 5 for a small sized sandwich, chips, and medium drink. Holy crap… I never realized how cheap this pricing was. Staff seemed very friendly and I heard lots of banter between staff and regular customers which is always a good sign. I heard one lady tell a newbie sandwich maker how that regular customer likes to get his sandwich(mayo, meat, no veggies, white bread). Decent amount of parking front and back so a much more appealing location as compared to the Great America Parkway location near Mission College.
