I love Filipino food. Most of all I love good Filipino food. Thank you brothers for amazing lumpias and pancit. We’re so blessed to have you guys in Tacoma! Awesome establishment, so many good choices. We ordered ground steak. Crispy lumpia and fresh vegetable pancit. For $ 6 – 8 the combo is totally worth it and a great price. Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary sauces at the sauce bar on the end. The grocery store also has some awesome choices of beer.(Local ciders and ginger beer). I can’t wait to order a party platter for next time!

If your ever craving Filipino cuisine ! Right here is the place to go. Me and my boyfriend often go here and the minute his or my family knows they are always asking for us to order the family sized box of lumpia to share. I recommend the punsit as well also the adobo over rice. My boyfriend is Filipino so I know good lumpia and adobo when I see it and this guys is excellent.

They were all out of most things on the menu and it wasn’t even late in the day. I got steak and pork lumpia. The pork was gross and had too much ginger, the steak was tasty. The wait times were absurd. I think that if you’re going to open a store front you have to be prepared and this business was clearly not. There is not enough staff and not enough food. Also the prices were too high and things were very unorganized.

Alright this might be a biased 5 star review of Lumpia World since I’m Filipino myself, but let me just say that eating here is like getting elevated food from my relatives when I stay at my aunts over a weekend. Lumpia — Their Lumpia is as exactly as my aunts. They have several difference types, but pick pork if you want to experience ones I typically eat. Lumpias are fried to perfectly with the light crispy exterior, full cooked insides, and no browning Pancit — This is a typically noodle dish I eat everytime I go to my aunts, but what I prefer here is their perfect balance is soy sauce, lime and mix of veggies. I would say that LW’s pancit is fresher since they add the lime and green onions and dont go overboard with their soy sauce(MSG Free!) Adobo — Though not my preference here, I feel that LW modified the traditional recipe of Adobo to accomodate the masses. The Abodo has less vinegar and lime than what I’m typically used to. It has more meat which is great, but one thing I noticed was that the sauce was a little too light for my preference. Regardless, the dish was delicious and would suggest it to those that haven’t tried Adobo. LW has other pacific islander dishes that I decided to try. One in particular was the spam mac and cheese. Now Spam is a common dish I grew up with in an asian household, but what I didn’t enjoy the temp of the mac and cheese. I felt like that could have been done better, and had a bit more sauce in it. Overall — Great place to try some filipino food since its pretty uncommon in the NW. Really great traditional dishes that bound to have something for everyone. GUAPPROVED!

Yum! This place was so delicious. I had the lumpia meal with rice. They have 7 different types. I tried the steak and the chicken. They were out of a couple types so I will be back to try some more! I also had the rice with seaweed on top and it was so good. Of course they had 3 delicious sauces to go with the lumpia. They also have some other items on the menu like the katsu that sound really tasty. I will for sure be back again!

If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out! Ginger pork lumpias and katsu chicken are amazing. Just as good as the classic food trucks if not better. Grad some and head to the Browns Point lighthouse beach(only a minute away) for the perfect summer picnic!
