The Meadows Apartments

Beautiful apartments and complex. Close to freeway and shopping, very responsive management and great value for the size and upgraded finishes.
The downfalls I’ve discovered while living here are: the parking situation is abominable, even my paid spot is quite a walk from my unit, and there are always cars parked in the fire lanes and blocking the dumpster. That said; if you can’t get a garage or paid spot, plan on driving around the complex for 20 or 30 minutes till a spot opens. Getting into the complex is another hassle. You are allotted one gate opener per unit and must otherwise «tailgate» someone in or rely on someone’s kindness to access the pool and facilities if the card isn’t in your posession. (It would be really helpful if there were a code to punch in to the access panel for the gate and the amenities). Lastly; The ceilings are not soundproof whatsoever. The residents above me have a toddler and I hear/​feel constant banging and running from 6am to 10pm.
Aside from the above, I still think this is the nicest, cleanest and safest complex around. The ceilings are extremely high, the finishes inside are beautifully upgraded and the spaces are large and wonderfully laid out with tons of storage space. The grounds are kept immaculate and as a single professional who travels quite a bit, I feel safer here than I did in my old housing development. Management has always been prompt, friendly, professional and accommodating whenever I’ve needed anything or had concerns.
The move-​in process was flawless, my unit was so pristine upon my arrival that I felt like I was the first tenant in my apartment. Their prices are very comparable and a great value for what you get. I’m proud to have company over and always get compliments on my apartment and the complex in general.
