I moved back to Oklahoma from Boston this past summer, and as you can probably guess, Boston had many boutiques. I would find myself flying down to see friends, but also coming back to Cashmere Lane. They have great staff, and have the occasional awesome sale. They sell long blouses(for most people, they’re short dresses, but I’m long waisted), which can be incredibly difficult for me to find. The staff is not intimidating to visit and talk to, and they are knowledgeable, which is why I would normally not stay long in boutiques elsewhere, because well… they were intimidating and rude. Only reason they’re 4 stars is because I wish they had more professional wear, but it’s located in a college town, so I understand. I just bought a «short dress» today that was originally $ 64, for only $ 20 today. Go there now! They have a great sale!

Seems like these trendy clothes-and-accessories shops are popping up all over Tulsa so I’ve been trying to figure out why this one in Tahlequah has garnered my loyalty. Here’s what I came up with:(1) friendly staff strikes the perfect balance of helpful and non-intrusive;(2) well-chosen selection of clothing and accessories in — and this is important — a range of sizes that includes the size 14 I’m looking for; and(3) their line of Yahada tunics, which are the softest and comfiest, yet still stylish, casual tops I’ve ever found. They come in a seasonal range of colors, at least three different styles, and wash and wear like champs. Plus, they’re made in the USA.
