I was visiting this city for school from Florida and this was our go to spot daily for school work and relaxing. The shop is small, but cute. And the coffee was delicious! They would design a different piece of art each day in your latte or cappuccino. It made your day better to see the new design in your mug. The employees are some of the nicest people I have met and so welcoming to new customers. If you are ever in the area, you must go here!

Well after the chipotle crêpe and chai tea and sitting outside in the sunshine, I’m a Drip Fan. Tahlequah is lucky.

This place is awesome. I wouldn’t change anything about the location. I love being able to sit outside. The staff and atmosphere is very inviting. It can be a tad slow at times so I usually call my order in ahead but I guess you just can’t rush perfection! P.s try the grilled cheese and peaches with feta… love!

Excellent selection of teas and I appreciated that I was asked if I’d like it single or double steeped. The teas are incredibly smooth and well done! The tiramisu crêpe was the special for the day so I gave it a try; the crêpe flavor was a mildly sweet one with a creamy filling, the espresso drizzle was flavored very well, however, I didn’t like the crystalline texture that seemed to be competing with the rest of the crêpe. The perfect spot to sit and journal. Overall, a amazing experience!

Okay, where do I begin? Even when I lived on the east coast, I’d daydream about The Drip. Coffee shops there were great, but not like The Drip. One of the single highlights of my visits back down to Oklahoma was… You guessed it! The Drip. They have various types of espresso and loose leaf tea, and several delicious options for vegetarian food. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to converse with, in addition to providing great service and beverages. I’ve only had one time that my soup was cold, but the staff was quick and happy to fix the problem. I currently live in Tulsa, and my only problem with them now is that they haven’t opened a coffee shop there.

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! Best coffee I’ve ever had. Ever. First, I should say that I am the opposite of a coffee snob. I doctor regular coffee with so much milk and sugar that it hardly qualifies as coffee when I’m done. As for espresso beverages, I’m the dork ordering lots of steamed milk and flavored syrups. I think Starbucks is good coffee. On my first visit to The Drip a few weeks ago, I sheepishly confessed to the guy behind the counter that I didn’t know what to try but I like my coffee drinks frothy and sweet and preferably chocolate. He suggested a raspberry mocha made with their cold brewed coffee. It Was MAGIC. Best, smoothest, most well-balanced beverage I’ve ever had. Flavorful but not too sweet. Yesterday, I tried the chalkboard special(pumpkin spice latte) and again, it was the best of its kind. Can’t wait to go back and try something else.

I consider myself a wannabe coffee connoisseur; I attend coffee tasting«ceremonies» frequently, I special order coffee(never store-bought and always whole bean,) grind myself, and only drink coffee from the pour over or French press method. With that said, I love the Drips espresso. It’s always fresh. The staff(or the owner, not sure) knows how to keep their machine calibrated so that the espresso shots pour out perfectly; never burnt or watery. I love their variety of milks(they offer soy and coconut,) the staff is wonderful and remembers my drink specifically when I come in. If you’re not big on the entire espresso taste then ask for the cold brew in your lattes/mochas. They serve Rishi teas(cold or hot) and have an enormous variety. Their food is also spectacular. They always offer a soup of the week; the Chipotle tomato is the best, especially if you order a Frisco and dip into said soup. I highly recommend it. The only thing I have yet to try are their smoothies, but I hear they are phenomenal as well.

Welcome to Tahlequah. In preparing for my three day trip here, I packed everything I could possibly need to make myself a cup of coffee: V60, grinder, kettle, etc. Call me addicted, a coffee geek, whatever. All I expected from this town was a Starbucks, so I prepared. Unfortunately, my twenty pound bag of coffee brewing equipment was not needed. Drip is a diamond. First the only two issues I had with it; Drip is extremely small, seating 12 – 15 people inside, and 10 outside. You won’t find a whole lot of room to spread out. Second, flavors are extensive, and Frappé’s are available. This is simply my coffee purist crying out. I understand though, appealing to all audiences is important. Drip though, redeems itself in every other way. While seating is very concise(unlike this review) and limited, it’s warm, welcoming, and very encouraging of interacting with your community. Something that is often lacking in other coffee shops I’ve been to. Bright colors and warm lighting also create a wonderful atmosphere in the shop. Also, good luck staying in a bad mood, because these people have an incredible playlist. In terms of offerings, currently Topeca Coffee out of Tulsa is their brewbar and espresso supplier, soon though, I believe they will be switching to Onyx out of Arkansas. Over the course of 4 hours, I tried a cappuccino, nitro infused Coldbrew, an Ethiopian Guji pour over, and a coconut oolong iced latte with coconut milk. Not a single thing disappointed me. It was a beautiful 4 hours. Oh, and the chocolate muffin was dream inducing. These things were provided with great service by two ladies who answered all my questions very knowledgable and happily. Making me feel welcome and glad to be there. Good job Drip, your looks are very deceiving, but your coffee is not. Keep up the good work.

If you like Starbucks, this place is not for you. It’s a personal preference but I like sweet coffee beverages and what they consider«sweet» is still bitter and dull to me.

What a gem! I have been driving across North America and this place by far is one of the best places I have found! Tahlequah you did not disappoint! Their bagels are amazing as well as their crepes! They make an excellent soy latte, didn’t burn the milk

Best crepes ever! The spinach mushroom crêpe is truly a gastronomic delight and work of art. Great service, polite and friendly staff. Reasonably priced menu, and people say that the coffee is outstanding though I am not a coffee drinker.

The wait time here is ridiculous, and they need to get their app situation figured out. The last time we had an issue of waiting 30+ minutes for our order, the cashier mentioned their square app that we can place our order ahead of time. We tried that today and placed our order 20 minutes before our arrival. One of the women working had informed me that they hadn’t even checked the app. From there it was another 20 minute wait with only one drink order in front of mine. It started taking so long, my wife came in to inform me she couldn’t wait any longer because she would be late for work.

Was warmly greeted, and had my options expertly explained to me. The Drip had a lot to offer, with a surprising choice of food items. We ordered a black coffee, Carmel mocha latte, Nutella/banana crêpe, and lemon cheesecake crêpe. Both of the creeps were fantastic! My wife favored the Nutella/banana & my favorite was the lemon cheesecake. The coffee took a while to get done, but it was worth the wait!

Moving up to Tahlequah OK from Houston for three months as part of a extern rotation had me terrified I would not have a place with good coffee and wifi where I can get my work done. Luckily, Drip Beverage Lab proved I was completely wrong. This little Tahlequah gem is tucked away in the heart of downtown and serves some of best coffee I have ever tasted. The owner is behind the counter more times than not when I stop by, and always passionately brews every single cup of coffee as if it were his last. From something as simple latté or something more complicated as his painstaking but delicious cold brew, Al obviously knows his coffee and would be happy to provide you with a fitting suggestion if you don’t know yours. My first experience at Drip, Al introduced me to something that he was experimenting with, a cold brew in which he infuses with nitrogen. The result? An intricate cup of Guinness-inspired coffee,(stout bubbles included) which gave me my caffiene fix I needed for the rest of the day. When Al’s not behind the counter, you can tell he has taught his team of baristas a thing or two about brewing. They seem just as passionate as he when it comes to serving the finest coffee. Drip deserves a perfect 5⁄5 for coffee and 4⁄5 for the atmosphere as the place is a little small and can get crowded at times when you’re trying to get work done. But overall I will miss this place when I move back to Houston as the coffee served in Houston cannot compare to the things that Al and his team does!

Hands down the best coffee — period. I am rarely in Town but happened on this place while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The place was quiet so I was able to meet the owner and we chatted for awhile. He has a passion for serving the best coffee possible and goes to great lengths to do so. Beans are purchased locally and only kept for a short time before discarding them so as to provide the freshest coffee possible. Each cup is brewed individually so it takes a little bit and cost a tad more — but I don’t think you will find a better tasting cup of coffee anywhere. The only thing that would make this place better are more comfy chairs — the space isn’t very big so there really isn’t room for that so it is what it is. Can’t wait to be back in Talequah for another great cup of Joe.

This place rivals even the hippest coffee shops in Brooklyn and Austin. Very modern/industrial atmosphere and knowledgeable friendly staff. My favorite drink(s): 3 Drinks 3 Styles — it’s a tasting flight of 3 different preparations of coffee. Awesome idea and pretty good execution. It’s also a great place to escape the ‘Tahlequah vibe’ that clings to pretty much every other place in the town like a smothering smog choking every last bit of life out of you. It’s also a great place to cleanse your nostrils from the smell of burnt tires and freshly cooked meth.
