Edible Arrangements

If I could give this store no stars I would!
I placed an order online 2÷10÷2016 I wanted to have my mom pick up because I have been disappointed in their delivery before. She arrived to the store @ 6:20pm (my pick up was scheduled for 6:30pm) the store closed @7. When she arrived they have informed her that they were closed and there were no orders to pick up! No one offered assistance to help her rectify the issue or any real service! I am away at college and purchased an edible arrangement for my grandmother I actually bought 2! One was for my mother as a surprise! Not only do they not have my order available but the customer service informed me someone picked it up already at 5:45 Pm! So they gave my paid order away too someone! I am beyond disappointed and bothered by this I will be speaking with there corporate something needs to be done they have had awful reviews!

Worst customer service ever. My family ordered edible arrangements from this location and they tried to deliver to my house twice and I was not home. I called them and no one answered my first attempt to reach them. The second time I called they answered and I spoke to a lady and I told her that I was going to pick up my arrangement the following day between 11 to 4. I drove to the store and was told that they did not have the arrangement ready because they didn’t know if I was really going to show up or not. Then she proceeded to tell me that she could have it complete in about 20 – 40 min. I entered the store with a four year old child and a car full of groceries. I told the lady that I didn’t have time to wait and asked if she could give me the fruit as is. She told me no. Then I said can I just pick it up later and she said that I needed to call back and give them an hours notice. I said that I couldn’t commit to that because the store was so out of my way for me. She said nothing. I then said to refund my family. She said no. I literally just left. I dislike that lady and that store. Worst place ever.

Customer service needs alot of help. I used online to pick and pay then went to pick it up. I figured why not go in it said it would be ready in 7 minutes GREAT! I was on that side of town and wanted to to something nice for a friend. When I got to the store she was clueless, what order who are you I don’t have any orders. I said let me give my name show you the online details SHE TELLS ME OH YOUR THE 7MINUTES and sighs. I’m like huh I guess the store had a inside joke. Why have the option online? I thought! She blamed her company for everything, the website, timeframe, not enough workers etc. The shocker was when she told me don’t choose that option any more or anything less than 1hr and what I can choose online next time. Wowzers, I use edible arrangements alot as a matter of fact I’m waiting for another order at a different Bruce b down location right now people love these as surprises. I’m not sure what all is wrong with th 56^th location but I won’t be back to it. However the edible arrangements are great gifts enjoy!

This location seriously is awesome!!! The manager Kim really went above and beyond for me! I can say I was a rather difficult client, trying to surprise my husband at work but she made sure to call me every step of the way and had it to him at work before 3 pm when he left for the day! Even the delivery lady (wish I knew her name) was very polite and pretty cute in the way it was delivered, she happened to run right into him and he was so shocked and surprised that it was for him! Not to mention how yummy the fruits were and how beautiful the arrangement turned out ! We have now eaten the fruit and I came home to flowers in the vase that came with the arrangement so double points for extra use on the materials!!! Thank you guys so much for a pleasant experience!!! I will most definitely go here again and tell everyone else too!!! **The Juanillos** I wish I could post a picture*****
