The customer service was great! I like having the option to customize the different furniture pieces, that way I get exactly what I want. I ended up purchasing an L shaped leather couch. The leather type and color I ended up choosing exceeded my expectations, I adore my couch. Further, I was offered a loaner couch until my couch was made, at no cost. The loaner couch was nice as well, and I enjoyed it prior to receiving my custom order. Although I ended up paying more for this couch as opposed to a couch from one of those large chain stores, it was 100% worth it. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces from this company!

I kept looking for the «gotcha» or «punked» cameras. While the furniture seemed nice, I was not in the store long enough to even look, the customer service failed. I hope for the woman who didn’t take care of us sake that she is related to the family that owns it. Because if she isn’t I’d get rid of her faster than you can say «get rid of her.» Out of brash rudeness, she sent a five thousand dollar sale to a sister store in Clearwater. (I will write that review separately.) And no, I will not accept that she was having a bad day. I will travel the half hour to go to the other store gladly the next time we have furniture needs.
Stay away! Stay far, far away!
