L’Etiquette Hair Salon

This salon deserves not even 1 star. I went in the salon and Anna was consulting to do my hair. My first impression of her was nothing but RUDE! She was somewhat insulting and classless. I was a little apprehensive about having my hair highlighted and she was of no help what so ever. A hairdressers manners she did not have. This was a groupon that I was looking for on my phone that I had paid for, she was calling someone else to see apparently how to handle the groupon at groupon itself. Hence the fact that she was speaking in another language the whole time that I was waiting so who really knows what she was saying at that point. There was not one person in this salon and I definitely see why. I am glad that I got my money back on this groupon and look forward to actually speaking to someone with better communication skills, a professional and someone who is «nice» while dealing with a with potential new client.
With that said, I’ll never refer anyone that I know to go to L’Etiquette salon and definitely not to Anna. This salon should change their name because «ettiquite «is something that most professionally successful people have, a sign on the wall and poor actions mean nothing. This is where first impressions are everything and my first impression here thank goodness was my last…

Worst facial ever! I bought one hour facial coupon for this salon, and it was hardly 35 minutes. very dirt room, and very bad and rude customer service. Also, she did not know at all how to do facial. sach a waste of money !. please do a favor to yourself and don’t go for facial there. no skills, no customer service and very bad/​dirty facial room. also, just half an hour service in place of full one hour facial. i will never go there again. i would like to give negative reviews to this place if allowed.

Had an appointment with Elizabeth for a facial. She was very accomodating on the phone to fit me into her schedule that was pretty last minute. The facial it self was great using high quality products and she was very personable.

Anna is wonderful and did a great cut for me. She was very good at listening to her clients and doing what they want. Thank you!

Love my hair! Went in for a cut and keratin straighten. Let shop is clean and badass. The lady that helped me was really nice too. If you gonna do a keratin it can only be done in mornings and spots fill fast.

A + Elizabeth was super sweet, and helpful. She’s super personable, really makes you feel welcome and her energy is genuine. The facial was gentle, and very informative. I was running late for my appointment, and not only did she help me find the location, BUT she greeted me with a smile. Best case scenario… You can tell she actually enjoys what she does. I would definitely recommend giving her a try if you’re looking into getting a facial. She’s undoubtedly awesome, and I’ll definitely be back.

I enjoyed my facial by elizabeth who can do everything from eyelash tinting to microdermabrasion. She also sold me on the Epicuren aloe cucumber mist. It’s amazing! And reasonably priced. It’s a new salon — and I wish them the best year for 2016.

This salon is amazing! Elizabeth did the best facial EVER. I also went in with brassy hair and Anna turned my hair platinum blonde in one try. My hair looks amazing and I got so many compliments! This salon is amazing! I will defiantly be returning!!! Thank you guys!!!

I Just went from a trashy brassy blonde to my natural color, an ashy medium brown with some nice white/​ash blonde highlights and Anna did it to perfection!
Call Anna she gave me an amazing price she is sweet, kind and very gentle. A true professional, she knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it, I’ve walked out with healthy masterful color.
* she is very precise. Anna checked my color constantly to make sure it was right all the way till even the blowdry she was checking and triple checking.
Please go here because you will love it! Cute salon, lots of parking in the huge parking lot, very clean and very modern salon and Anna is a very sweet lady you will love it!
I will recommend her to my friends when they need color because she is awesome!

Great new salon! Well decorated, cool vibe, and a very friendly owner who actually cares about your hair and takes the time to go over your needs and desires without rush.
And for the price?! Cmon!!! Best deal in town, hands down.

Anna is so awesome I really do like her. She has amazing skills and she is good at what she does. She is so polite and she is so welcoming. I would really consider her place it is the best hair salon in Los Angeles I will be back next month

It was by far the worst facial I ever had… The bed felt dirty, the room had a big mess, there was no running water in the room so a small bucket of water had to do through out the facial to take away the products, and that resulting in some clay mask mixed with the day cream and black mascara under my eyes when I left… Bought the facial on Groupon, guess you get what you pay for. ohh and also it was done after 45 minutes instead of 60 but that was the only good part.
Perhaps they are better at hair.

I made an appointment to have my cut, colored and highlights. I live in North Hollywood but decided to drive to trazana because the reviews were good. I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for 12pm today and when I showed up the stylist looked at me but didn’t say anything. Then she asked me what I wanted. I said I had an appointment. She asked what for. I told her for a cut, color and highlights
She asked if I could wait. I asked how long and she replied a couple of hours. Why would I wait for a couple of hours when I had an appointment for 12pm and it was 11:45? I have never had anyone do that at any hair place I have been to. I got the deal on Groupon and I and I am hoping to receive a credit because I paid for a color and highlights and was going to add the cut. But to be treated this way was horrible. I drove a total of 20 miles, 10 miles there and 10 miles back for nothing except to told I would have to wait 2 hours when I had called and made an appointment.

I spoke with someone to make the appointment. How do I know that I will have an actual appointment if I call back? I called this time and then I had to drive a total of 20 miles today for nothing. I do not want that to happen again. Gas is expensive and I wasted gas today to drive the for nothing.
Received a refund from Groupon once I explained my situation. I am sorry but I will not be trying the salon again.

Anna is very special. She takes her time with the haircut. And nice person to talk to. Very nice please. And I so happy with my haircut. Highly recommended…
