The staff here are extremely nice and helpful. They seem to know a lot about their products and I’ve been impressed with the ease of the process of special ordering and getting samples for foods. I have seven or eight pets at any given time so it’s nice to be able to get everything I need in one visit.
Their prices are fairly similar to large stores that can order more product as well so I’m pretty impressed that they’re rarely much more expensive. I’m sad they don’t have animals for sale anymore but I completely understand why — people will immediately point fingers the second their animal gets sick or dies, even if it’s a long time after.
I also like that this small town pet store is open every day — I often work Monday through Saturday and most stores are closed Sunday. Thanks, guys! I’ll continue to do all my shopping here.
