This place SUCKS! Stay as far away from it as possible. The management is extremely unprofessional. They buy items way under value and then resell at extreme profit. The management will not work with consumer. This is an extremely sleezy place of business.

These guys were very helpful Tony rang me up and answered all my questions I had about their products easily and didn’t make me feel like I was waiting his time he even helped me fix my personal watch I forget his name but the first gentleman that helped me gave me a killer deal on a camera they had on display and even threw in some DVDs. 5 Stars and two thumbs up best pawnshop in town!

I was in Old Town just trying to kill some time before a dinner and went into this shop. What a great place. Alexis was phenomenal on helping me, even though I was just «looking»…although not for long. After trying on some nice pieces I caved in and bought a ring. So happy. Thanks Alexis! Hopefully I’ll see you soon for more goodies :)

The only reason I came to this store was because of their Unilocal rating. The store is beautiful and super clean. I brought in a ring with a crack in the shank. They assured me that the jeweler they worked with was excellent, the ring came back looking better than when it left. I was very impressed with how much they value their customers satisfaction. Justin was kind and helpful and I feel he went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. I will not only recommend Gems N Loans to everyone I know I will be a forever customer. Thank you again!

When I first Moved to Temecula I went to this Shop and was treated so respectfully. Justin helped me and was very professional, helpful, kind and went out of his way to ensure all the customers in the shop were happy. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great customer service.

FIVE STARS. I have never used the services of a Pawn shop so I was not excited about going in and getting a loan. I was met by a wonderful lady named Lucy. She treated me like we had known each other for years. Made me feel at ease instantly. Took the stress out of my transaction. I was helped out by a Addie. She was very helpful explaining the process and I actually got a courtesy call when my loan was due which saved me money by reminding me to pay off the loan early. How many other businesses would do that? I have been back a second time and am very fortunate to have chosen this pawn shop. Thank you Lucy and Addie for treating me like an old friend.

I was visiting Old Town Temecula & came across Gems n’ Loans. This place is very organized & the staff is friendly especially «Mai,» who is very helpful & knowledgeable.

By far the worst pawnshop ever, I called they said they would give me 200 $ over the phone to find out they only offer me 40!!! lady I spoke with was not there and denied not even receiving a phone call. Fuck this place and the crooks that work there.

First what a BLAST! First Pawn Shop experience and it was AMAZING! There were three women, wish I remember their names. They were so so so KIND and Patient, cause I was in there asking a million and one questions. Its funny before we sat down, there was a woman before us, getting up and thanking everyone. Had some OLD BOYFRIEND jewerly that I thought what the heck. And what the Heck is right. Learned so much about jewels they are all certified (all the employees), and when they told me how much it was worth… OMG! They knew (come on these people must see and hear everything) I am a Newbie, and yet they did the right thing. Trust them, they KNOW what they are talking about, and they want continued business. Whenever you do business with one that has that thought process of course the experience would be amazing. Kindest, Coolest, Smartest, and TOUGH (hahaha) women who know their business. Truly an important NOTE: Gem they are they are very very TRUTHFUL!
