Red Lobster

Very disppointed in their customer service. My husband and I were excited to eat there and we arrived at 2:58pm and they told us it would be a 35 min wait. We were fine with that, they gave us a controller that will vibrate when ready. My husband and I waited outside in the shade, which is around the corner of the restaurant. 15 minutes went by and we decided to go inside and wait. The receptionist at the front door saw us waiting there and of course she was busy, we understand that. But as time went by at least 5 couples who came in after us were seated and by now it was 3:50pm. My husband went to the receptionist asking her why were not seated yet and she asked him his name, he gave it and she said that they called us by his name and even walked outside and called us. We did not see nor hear our name being called plus they gave us the controller so why did it never vibrate? We understand it was a busy time and we did appreciate that they greeted everyone with a smile even though they were a little stressed but when working customer service, one should remember a face and a name if they see someone they called coming in after the fact. We would have appreciated to be seated right when the mistake was made known but that was not the case
We wished them a good day and left.

This Red Lobster (RL) to me is like most RL just pretty average but affordable seafood. The service is alright no complaints there, the food is good for the price which RL is known for.
I’ve been here twice the first time with a date and the second time with the fam. I’ve had the lobster pizza and it was pretty good and I would probably have it again. I love how RL is always having some type of special like the all you eat shrimp for a limited time. I usually get the coconut shrimp with some type of dipping sauce.
When I want affordable seafood I will come to Red Lobster because its good for the price, the food is consistent and the servers are very helpful.

I don’t always write a bad review but when I do its for a place that truly disappoints me. This evening after being there for 2 hours I had to leave a review. The manager comes by to check on us while I’m eating my dinner by myself cuz my wife didn’t get her dinner and truly tax disinterested that were not happy. Then when my wife finally gets her meal it’s not what she ordered, finally gets what she ordered it looks like an afterthought that you might of had on a bad day.

This one I have been to a number of times, always great! I guess that it felt through the cracks and never wrote my impressions on it.
We visited the restaurant over the weekend for a quick lunch, it was slow so that worked for us even better.
The quick lunch ended up being a pigging out but thats a different story altogether…
Food was excellent and the service superb, a customary trip to the restroom was in order ande voila!!! Nice and clean!

This was the best experience I have ever had! From the lay opening the door to our hostess to our waiter and finally to the food! Everything was so amazing! Samantha was our server and she was spectacular! She was funny, kind, and fast! Coming back here again mainly because of her! There systems were down and it was still the best! Of course the rolls were superb in taste, but we also got three different shrimp items from the big festival shrimp limited menu! The garlic scampi was my favorite! Everything tasted, looked, and felt awesome! Definitely need to go to this one again! Atmosphere was great!

Austin was a great server and the food was excellent! I recommend the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia. Soooo good!

We had great service, the food was excellent. We went around noon they had a small lunch gathering so we could laugh and have a good time without disturbing others. Definitely will return

My boyfriend and I went here tonight for dinner. Food and Service was good as always, but when we walked in they said there was a 45 minute wait. So we opted to sit at the bar. While we sat at the bar the tables in the bar area remained empty, which I thought was odd considering there were only two of us and plenty of two people tables open the entire time we were there. There was only one bartender and even though our food came out quickly, the entire bar was full which made the poor girl overwhelmed to not only handle the entire bar but the drinks for the entire restaurant as well.
She was great just seems they could use more staff especially for a Saturday night.

King crab legs and lobster tail are so good and you get a lot of king crab legs so that’s a plus

How in the hell do you run out if Berlinger White Zin on a Saturday? BS store manager… You can buy it at Costco across the street. Better than telling a customer you ran out

My husband received a gift card for his birthday. We had not been to Red Lobster in years. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience tonight and had a great server. I ordered the 4 course meal for $ 17.99 and my husband ordered the shrimp tacos.
My meal came with soup and salad and entrée plus desert. I am vegan so I ate the salad, the rice and broccoli and my husband had the soup and the shrimp and the biscuits.
Overall the service was fantastic. The food was good. Our server kept our drinks trailer and was very attentive to our needs. The meal ended with a birthday brownie desert for my husband. He said it was very delicious.
My only concern is since I’m vegan it really bothers me to see the live lobsters in the tank for people to choose for their meal. It seems so inhumane to pick your live lobster to boil him alive. Otherwise, as a seafood restaurant it suited our needs and accommodated our dining needs. We had an enjoyable dining experience!

First, let me say that I review within one’s category and level of quality. In other words, I am not going to compare this restaurant to a fancy seafood restaurant or steakhouse. It is a casual chain restaurant that is not too expensive, and you get what you pay for. So don’t expect gourmet seafood at this price and then rate is one or two stars.
I come here a couple of times a year, usually when a special attracts me on TV. Our most recent visit was for endless shrimp. We go to endless shrimp each year and as always, it is a fun experience. This last visit, (September 26, 2015 around 9pm) was no different.
Each time we visit this location we always get the best service. I have a large restaurant background so I have to take the time to point it out when I see it. Sometimes its hard to find good service these days. And it is consistently good here. This is also a major reflection on the management at this location and the training, support, and environment they provide to their staff.
I don’t remember our server’s name from last Friday night, but he was tall, thin, young, and was in the station to the right of the host desk. He was fantastic.
Because of the good service, we will continue to return. Yes, some of the food could improve and other stuff is great as is, but once again this place is inexpensive compared to some so I think the quality matches the price just fine.

We wanted to try this place for lunch it was not even busy, they had plenty of booths and tables and told us that we have to wait 5 minutes (seriously?) The lady up front had no problem seating the people in front of us but when it was our turn she would not make eye contacts and she turned her back on us which was rude then she goes «Oh its gonna be about 5 minutes». We waited 5 minutes but she never came back, we felt like she didnt even want us to eat there she discriminated so we just left.

All tabels are empty still 30 min wait I came to the conclusion racism 100% if your black or brown don’t bother

Ambiance is casual but nice. Service is friendly and organized. But the food? Ya’know I just don’t get it. Salty, sauces that separate and wangy Caribbean sauce type… I don’t know what.
IMHO the food can best described as lazy and vulgar to a fault. My god the food is just like my ex wife.
One half star for food. 1.5 stars for everything else. Now just thinking about eating here makes me want to itch my taint.

Let me start by saying I have not had Red Lobster in probably 5 plus years… I was so looing forward to this experience. The staff and service was GREAT !! The food not so much at all. The clam chowder was watery and not full of flavor like it should be. The rest of the food was lukewarm to say the least and just did not hit the spot :(very disappointed as this is really a treat meal.

Philip was our server and he was very pleasant. Second time being here and I will come again.

Great food. The staff was super friendly as well.
Wasn’t too crowded and got a seat right away.
Overall I’d totally recommend and will go again on the next special occasion.

I usually always have a good meal here. Most inexpensive place for lobster. I like the lobster pizza appetizer. Love the cheddar bisquits as well.

Came in on the October 15^th. This must have been the worst experience for me.
First they were not busy and we were sat in the bar. I thought there was no one there service would be great. To my surprise it was the worst. The server was not in a good mood and seems to be like «why am I here attitude» Took for ever to get any thing from this place. Drinks to the food. I really wonder why I even go here. Wait that’s right the warm bis-​kits they make as they cant mess that up.
When we got the food it seemed to have been sitting for a few. I was like really there is not a lot of people here as it was not even 5 yet. Like 4!!! it was SLOW like our server and the level of service we got. Manager was now were to be found when I asked her to get one. WOW your a corporate store?
All in all it was a bad experience here and probably wont return ever as it was a FAIL from start to finish .
