Horrible service I am a tenant. They are slow to respond and not thorough. My water heater went out Thursday and I submitted an online request that same day it’s now Monday and I haven’t heard a word from the manager. I just left a message for one of the managers and I will be calling all day until it’s resolved.
I am so feed up with this company, because of them I will probably not renew my lease and I wish there was a way to leave no stars…

We found a house advertised by Green Management. Drove by the house, fell in love with the location and wanted to see the inside. Called and sent e-mails that same day. Over the course of a week we called four times and sent two e-mails. Even then, it took a full seven days before anyone got back to us. And when they finally did respond, they said the house had been rented the afternoon they go back to us. Are you kidding me?
If you are a property owner and are considering using this company, look elsewhere.
