Now under new management — the worst customer service in these apartments I have ever experienced. I came in to pay for the rent, old white lady was holding the phone and saw me enter. She was talking to a Mexican guy who stood with his back to me. I thought he might be a resident, so I didn’t bother to ask if he works there. That lady didn’t even tell the guy that I was standing behind him and may have needed an assistance. Also, they couldn’t hear how I entered the office?!
When that guy finally turned back to me, I gave my rent payment. He asked me some question, in the middle of the sentence, he turned to some other person who was walking out as if he was not assisting me. How rude and unprofessional! No apologies, no anything. No thank you for the rent payment. Also, no one is smiling.
The other time I called because there was no running water, the same Mexican guy answered the phone. «There is no running water either,» he said, without any apology for inconvenience or anything, but he let me know that he just came from lunch, the useless and irrelevant information. I had to ask five times to find out the estimated time to have the water back.

I’m sick of them having to turn off the water every single damn week. It’s like a neverending bevy of plumbing issues that are suddenly being dealt with now. When are they gonna be done with this??? How many issues do they have to turn the damn water off for until they’re done for good? We had our water turned off last Tuesday and we just now got a new notice saying it’s gonna be turned off AGAIN Monday!!! Before new mgt took over, we had to deal with them and not bother cause of how annoying it was for everyone to have the water off every single time an issue happened. I miss having a house where I didn’t have to deal with this every week :(Everyone else is probably just as frustrated as I am with this mess. Please be done with this soon I’m sick and tired of not having water on too many times

Moving in… Can’t believe I didn’t check Unilocal first.
On our move in date we were told our unit was not ready…
«We have you scheduled to move into unit this coming Friday ²⁄₁₉
However, due to some extensive work that needed to be completed it appears the unit will not be ready by the 19^th.
We do have other 2×1 unit available for your current move in date… but this unit is getting new flooring, new carpet, received a full paint including ceilings.
The original unit will be available for move in on Tue Feb 23^rd if you opted to take the unit with all the new items.

Day of move in???
We were lucky we had timed it to have extra days to move and thought well it must be worth it to wait.
What we got is just an ok apartment with a terrible looking kitchen.
On our new move in date when picking up keys in the morning. we were treated like strangers. No one knew where the keys were. A maintenance person was asked about keys and simply replied «that’s not my job». After finally getting keys. Went to check out the unit and people were still working on it. They said it would be done around 3pm.
We came back in the evening to get a good look around.
The stove does not work.
The range hood fan does not work
I have to assume the oven doesn’t work
Cabinets look barely glued on
Stains on top of the fridge
Bathroom vent fan insanely loud
(Clearly decades old)
These apartments do not come with a microwave.
(No warning on this prior to move in)
— only apartments I have ever heard of without one
Called the office the next morning to mention not working items
Nothing resolved

I was so excited to get my one bedroom apartment. After a week here, I would not recommend this complex
If you want customer service, or attention to detail, do not move in here.

Tried to call to report a convicted felon who lives in the complex and management did NOTHING besides say «they’d look out for them because they can’t just put notices on peoples door». Hello? Its against policy to have felon live there and have anyone over 18 not on the lease living with someone there they CLAIM, but apparently all you have to do is live with someone who isn’t a felon there just lie and not be on the lease. No wonder all the incidents and crime and turn over this complex has. DO NOT RENT HERE unless u want to be around felons, drugs, and trouble. So felons if you need a place to live, go here!!! They accept you with open arms!!! Will change review if felon is evicted as legally should.

A friend and I applied for a 2 bed 2 bath, we put down money to hold the apartment. We got denied and it is taking us 2 months so far, we still haven’t seen the money. I also called about 6 times to see where the progress on our check was and I left my number 5 of them. The last time I called they hung up the phone on me! I can’t imagine the difficulties getting things fixed if we had moved in. I would not recommend this complex.
