Dunkin’ Donuts

Don’t expect fresh donuts after 4 pm. The product is limited, sometimes worse than others and what is left is stale. I wonder if they still produce offsite and get a certain amount delivered each day. I have noticed the crowd has thinned a lot since we last lived here and visited this store, and I can see why. I just stopped at this location the other day and I was truly appalled at the way the black manager I think his name tag said Sam talk to some of those women in there I truly felt disgusted these are someone’s mothers daughters and to be talked to like they were slaves is a disgrace this is a insults to management I will never return to this Dunkin Donuts I have told my group I attend every week and I will find another Dunkin Donuts to order from maybe management should look in and do a secret shopper on this store and see for yourself how despicable this man treats people this is my 3^rd stop that I’ve witnessed this maybe he should go work in the prison system because it seems like that’s where he would be

This happens here all the time: such a long wait for anything. I’ve literally been in the drive thru since 5:11 and it’s now 5:30. That’s way too long for coffee and a muffin and I still haven’t made it to the front. Get it together guys, this is ridiculous.
