The Villages, FL
This is a clean establishment with friendly staff. I ordered sort of sloppily and wasn’t exactly clear when I got up the counter (yes, I’m one of *those* people) but the cashier (Raven) helped me and was patient so that I got what I wanted. Keeping the place tidy and good employees can turn «It’s just Taco Bell» into a good lunch experience.

This place is great! It is always clean. The food (fast food) is great.
True it is not a Mexican restaurant.
The good:
Burritos
Tostadas
Refried beans
Tacos (smaller than at a Mexican restaurant)
The bad:
Nothing
My favorite local Mexican Restaurants are:
1. Latinos y Mas
2. El Ranchito
3. La Palma
4. Taco Bell– on Wedgewood Lane — Not the one near US441.
Each is a different experience:
El Ranchito has the best margaritas
El Ranchito has the best food
Latinos y Mas is the fanciest (with good food)
La Palma has a very good Mariachi Band on Mondays
Taco Bell is the most casual and quick — but no margaritas
ALL have good Mexican food
The Mexican restaurant I don’t like is Moes

Love me some taco bell I try not to take a couple slip ups too seriously the staff here changes every month and it’s taco bell I love taco bell!

I ordered & paid for 11 items. Upon opening the bags at home, there were only 8.
I called the manager, Heather, who told me to come back & they’d make it right. When I suggested SHE should do the traveling as it was her error, she said they weren’t allowed to do that. So, let me see if I understood her correctly: it’s okay for them to have made the mistake but not okay to make it right at their expense. Does that about cover it?
For $ 3 it was hardly worth it to make the run for either the missing food or the refund. Heather told me she would give me the credit the next time I came in. As they have some new items we’d like to try, that will probably happen in the next week or so.
This, then, is not an «epic failure», but just a real pain in the arse.

It’s Taco Bell! There not much to say. I would give them 3 stars but I just went through the drive thru and they skimped on the sauces. Come on Taco Bell!
