Ordered sauce at the speaker, mentioned it twice, when I got to the 2^nd window to pick up food, they had a manager come tell me I had to pay extra for it after I just paid. She didnt care I already mentioned it prior. I called the store and spoke to a spanish guy that could care less I was upset. He only told me to call a number and didnt even apologize.

I’ve been to this McDonalds twice. The staff at this location needs customer relations enhancement. They all seem to have a chip on their shoulder.
