The custard is good the help was not real friendly and the amount given you for the price was way low which makes it very pricey I have been to better Custard places and the amount is much more for less price

Not sure why this place is marked with $$$$- it’s custard, and reasonably priced at that. It’s a nice local place in the land of the chains. I can’t say anything of the chocolate custard there seems to be many complains of here on Unilocal,as I’ve always only had the vanilla, though I mix up the toppings. My favorite is a combination of hot fudge and strawberry. SOOOO delicious. I have also had good service when I’ve been here, but I’ve only ever seen girls working here, so maybe I lucked out. I’ve been 3 – 4 times, and it’s been consistently delicious every time.

I absolutely love Ollie’s !!! My family and I have been going here for years! The taste, texture, and serving size of the ice cream are nothing short of incredible!

Due to the bad reviews, figured I should get on here and bring them up for a job well done. The custard is great, vanilla was the best, chocolate was just ok. They have take out containers, and the special was Carmel cashew!!! Really sweet people, typical ice cream store prices. Should try it out.

Definitely not like the big frozen treat stores(in a good way). The staff is friendly and made some great recommendations. Prices are average and the treats are delicious. What else can I say? Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

Custard is the smoothest thing ever, it’s perfect. Enough sweetness but not too overbearing. A must stop place in the area to taste

One of my fondest memories growing up in Massachusetts was going to Paragon Park in Nantassgett. They had a frozen custard stand with the best frozen custard. I always got the banana custard. It was rich and creamy. Once I heard authentic frozen custard was at the Villages I got in my car and made the 75 mile drive to relive one of my childhood memories. I walked in the store and was met by a gentleman that was to busy on his cell phone to put his head up and acknowledge me. I looked at the flavors which was extensive. I ordered the classic chocolate custard. ITWASDISGUSTING!!! Full of ice crystals, no real rich chocolate flavor, it tasted old and looked like Save yourself the trip, don’t be fooled, this is no where near authentic frozen custard.

SO velvety smooth, rich and creamy. Only once have I experienced ice crystals in it and I merely chalked it up to an off day. Service has always been nice. Glad I found this little gem of a place. Keep up the good work, Ollie’s. :)

This is a good one. I had the turtle sundae and it was very very good. One of the better custard shops I have been to.

Being born & raised in Massachusetts. I had fond memories of frozen custard. When I saw the reviews for Ollie’s I was excited to make the 100 mile trip to check it out. I arrived and like another person mentioned the person was very rude acting more interested in checking his cellphone than waiting on me. I got chocolate at the store and it was simply the worst frozen dessert I have ever tried. The owner should be arrested for calling this custard. It was grainy, iced over, not edible. Do not waste your time or money at this place

Ice crystals in the custard, don’t accept credit cards and poor customer service. Very rude.

Forget ice cream, frozen yogurt or any other icy dessert. This is hands down the best darn stuff ever put in a cone. I was brought here by my father while visiting The Villages. He kinda tricked me into stopping here because he knows I don’t really eat this stuff. Now I am glad I live far away because Wow this is good and I don’t know if I have the will power to stay away. Every day they only have three flavors chocolate, vanilla and a specialty flavor of the day such as Maple Walnut, Black Raspberry, Amaretto Cherry & Choc. Chunks and Caramel Cashew. They also make some of these sugar free so everyone can enjoy. Each month Ollie’s publishes a flavor calendar so you will know when your favorite is being served. If you want to try some of the creamiest tastiest most delicious frozen dessert ever and you happen to be in the Lady Lake area. Check Ollie’s out, you wont be disappointed. cheers

Went here tonight after 5 years and I am still a fan. Simple yet delicious AND they have Egg Creams. I heart Ollie’s.
