Don’t shop at Bed Bath & Beyond ever. If you lose or misplace your receipt, they charge a 20% restocking fee and you get a gift card. It’s not worth it. I won’t ever shop at this store again. I would rather shop anywhere but here.

This is by far my favorite Bed Bath and Beyond in the Houston area. The store is very clean and organized; the employees are helpful, welcoming and friendly. In today’s society, retail can be an awful place to work. But almost every employee I’ve met at this BB&B has competely exceeded my expectations. And the few who may not be the best, are more than made up for by everyone else. This definitely isn’t like Walmart or any other retail chain. I would particularly like to give praises to Carla and Samantha at the customer service desk. They went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you!

Had to take back a glass that broke — they were very quick with the exchange, did not hassle or question me(I didn’t have my receipt but did have the original box with their tag on it). Also nice staff!

If you like service, this is a great BBB. We have never had a problem the countless times we have been here and service is always nice and helpful. A tip is to use the $ 5.00 off coupons for K-cups and it makes them a real deal.

Why is it that the only customer service you get nowadays is when the manager comes over and apologizes for his people not doing their job? I am a regular, REGULAR, customer of BB&B, but today they missed the mark. Bad. I knew this location has been hiring for the last few weeks, but maybe they’re a little too desperate for staff. I went to make a return today, and the cashier I approached just inside the front door was too busy staring at her feet to notice I was standing there. Her greeting after I got her attention? «Exchange or return?» Well, hello to you too, Hannah. I’ve had floor mats with more personality. I ended up making a purchase, and while I was trying to avoid going back to Hannah to check out, it couldn’t be helped, as I was ushered to her by a manager. She had improperly changed out the receipt paper, so when my receipt printed, it was a mangled, illegible lump of stupid, and I insisted on a reprint. Don’t ever ask for a reprint. If it hadn’t been for my pride, I would have walked out without it. A manager had to go upstairs to the office and reprint my receipt as it could not be done locally at the register. And took forever, mind you. All the while, Hannah ignores me and doesn’t even try to be pleasant at all. Customer service training, anyone? This was awful. I’ll be going back because I love BB&B, but I’ll be avoiding any wet mops that work there.

I was not at all impressed with this BB&B. It was cluttered, over crowded and the staff was rather hard to find when I needed some help locating something in the mess. Maybe it was«restocking day» but I will not be coming back to this BB&B in the future.

Bed Bath & Beyond must have a great corporate training and merchandising program because no matter what city it’s located it’s always the same. The location in The Woodlands is no different. They had everything listed in the flyer, and of course all the other stuff that I never knew I needed. The store was crowded and like normal when crowded it’s difficult to manuver the carts through the store. But busy is good right? Anyways, we were welcomed at the door and asked if we needed help. Checkout was easy and as usual they are very good when you do separate transactions to take advantage of coupons. Overall, this is exactly what BB&Beyond is supposed to be.

This is your average Bed Bath and Beyond… it is A-OK. It is a regular stop for us because we bought a garbage can here that can only use bags from this store…(they must have some percentage of gold in them for as much as they cost)… The garbage can was expensive and to make up for this they made the cost for bags even higher so you would not notice… not the stores fault… they did not make me buy it. Anyways, back to the review. We have had pretty good luck here. They have some specialty stuff and some fun stuff and some just plain old basic stuff. When we go in here, we almost always buy some of the stuff… but we always get 20% off at least one item… they always send us a 4×8 cardstock coupon for 20% off and they will alway take it… even if it has expired. If two of us go into the store, we get two things for 20% off… it just takes two transactions… how cheap is that? Anyways, until that garbage can falls apart(and it never will because they built it to last so I would have to keep buying their expensive bags) or it is stolen(I would laugh at the thief and they would probably bring it back when they ran out of bags) we will be regulars at Bed Bath and Beyond. I would probably come out ahead just throwing it away and getting a more conventional size can.
