We have used MWCleaners for many years and they have always done an excellent job for us. Recently I had an issue with a custom coverlet which was supposed to be dry cleaned, but accidentally got washed and consequently shrunk about ¹⁄₃ in size. I provided the receipt for the original purchase price, and after going through the ranks of management, the corporate office issued a check for full replacement value. I will continue to be a loyal customer and stand behind this first-class company with high recommendations!

If I could give this place no stars, I would.
I gave specific instructions just to press without removing the tags as this was a Tahari dress for my twenty one month old niece. I wanted to make sure it fit before detagging. I made sure to double check about this happening. They pulled the tags and lost the replacement button.
Aside that, they were charging me originally 10.21 w/tax for a 2t garment… This was not labor intensive enough for that.
They did issue me a refund for the disservice, but now I have to have it repressed… It’s still VERY WRINKLED.
I’ll stick with Christian Cleaners next time.

Just received my first home delivery. Wish I would of looked at the clothes before I hung out my next order to be delivered. I rather drive the 10 minutes it takes me to use my previous cleaners, as they do a much better job. The sleeves on the dress shirt were done very poorly and are still full of wrinkles, as well as several large wrinkles on the actual shirt. I am not using them anymore!
