Worst Baby Back Ribs Ever! My first negative review! I had to eat them with the gawdawful mushy fries to keep from gagging…40 years of eating all over the world… I give this chain 3 years before it’s gone! tThe new generation won’t go for this processed mush. I see half their menu is already Mexican to cope with their view of audience. Staff is nice, friendly and clueless. Goodbye Chili’s…the burger chains make more sense.,

I haven’t been to Chili’s in ages and I mean in a long long time! I used to go to the one in Westlake, but that one closed years ago! So my friend and I went there on a Friday and we sat down right away! The service was pretty good overall, I got everything I wanted fairly quick. The drink I ordered was really good, but I forgot what it was called! It was some juice with alcohol that was mixed well. The bacon burger and fries was a home run too! Give it a try

I used to come here a while back ago more often, this was my first time back at a Chilis in a really long time. The service itself was alright. The only annoyances I would report are the fact that I tried to order a Moscow Mule with Ketel– the waitress came back and told me they didn’t have Moscow Mules(cause they didn’t have ginger beer) which is a little annoying considering that’s as classic of a drink as an old fashioned and it’s weird to me for a bar to not be able to make one. So then I ordered a sea breeze with Ketel– to which she then came back again to tell me they apparently stopped carrying Ketel One(which is my favorite vodka), so as you can imagine I’m annoyed again. I tell her to tell the bartender to make a sea breeze with Grey Goose instead and the cocktail itself was fine. Now for the food, I ordered the Mango-Chile Tilapia, which looked really good on the menu the way they described it, but it was pretty horrible. The tilapia was pretty much drowning in this mango-chile sauce(which the menu described it as «drizzled» on top). I couldn’t even taste the tilapia at all. I got maybe 4 – 5 bites in and couldn’t eat anymore of it. The sides that came with it were ok– the asparagus was good although a little undercooked for my taste and the cilantro rice was a bit bland. Now would I come back here? Possibly, and just be mindful of what I order. The service was still at least decent, our waitress was friendly and she checked up on us enough.

Yikes, where do we begin. The food here is usually decent WHEN it comes out right, but the service is horrendous. The employees who work in the bar are actually pretty nice, and they do their jobs very well, but in my experience, the employees who work on the other side of the restaurant are awful. A few weeks back on a Tuesday night, they sat us near the kitchen upon our request since they had originally sat us at a tiny table that seemed to have been made for a hobbit, while there were many booths available. We asked for a booth, and they put us at one right outside the kitchen, which would have been great, if it were not for being able to hear our waitress bad mouthing customers, cursing, and texting on her phone constantly(there’s a mirror outside the kitchen and you can see what is going on inside). The manager of the restaurant was sitting having her dinner right next to us, and she must have seen, or heard her employee’s behavior, but just sat there doing nothing! On top of this, our waitress didn’t bring the appetizer we ordered, and NEVER came back over to check on us. Someone else brought the food, and he ran away so quickly we didn’t have a chance to mention the missing appetizer. We never saw our waitress, or anyone else again. We paid our bill, and tipped 50 cents to hopefully make a point to the waitress. She was awful, and we’ve had her several times, and she has always been awful. Last night, our waitress was great, but our food came out wrong, and when we sent it back it was apparent that they simply scraped the unwanted chicken off my husband’s nachos and gave them back to him. The chips were mushy, and broken into pieces. My food was good, no complaints there. I had a hamburger, and I enjoyed it very much. My husband usually loves the classic nachos, but they were so cold, and mushy by the time they took the meat off, he only ate two and was no longer very hungry. We have had issues here countless times, and I will not go through each story, but just know that if you go here you will either get the wrong order, wait a ridiculously long time to order and/or get your food, or you may never see your waitress after ordering(so if you need a refill, a box, or anything else, you should be prepared to be very disappointed), you may actually experience all of the above in one trip! We are done with this place, it is terrible. One last story… I can not remember which waitress it was, but one time not long ago, we saw the waitress take a sip of her customers drink from the bar before she brought it to the table! She and the bartender were giggling about it as she took a sip and the bartender refilled the drink! I could not believe my eyes…

The food here is so yummy. It is kid friendly and there are a lot of choices for pleasing everyone the staff goes above and beyond to please my picky eater daughter too.

Good food, good service and a nice, clean establishment… but a sloppier dressed group of waitresses you will not find. Sloppy jeans seems to be the standard uniform. Our waitress had a pair of tired jeans that had the cuff dragging in the floor. They don’t do much for your appetite.

I feel a little silly rating Chili’s, a chain restaurant where you walk in sort of knowing your experience/food won’t be that of a 5-star restaurant because, hello, it’s Chili’s. BUT … I’ve been here a few times in the past few months, most recently on Tuesday. It was almost empty and our server was nice, but after taking our order we didn’t see her again till I happened to flag her against asking for a box. She didn’t even deliver our drinks or food, someone else did. The food is hit or miss. Stay away from the chicken quesadilla and the white sauce pasta on their 2 for $ 20 menu, my boyfriend and his mom got these on separate occasions and they were misses both time. I LOVE their guac. It’s creamy and has avocado chunks and no onions — perfect. Their chips are also really good, so chips + guac + salsa is a staple. I got that with a side of beans and rice for a late dinner Tuesday and had no complaints. Just go in with slightly lower expectations … I mean, it’s a chain.

Great place, great food, great service. Portions are big, food is hot, service was fast. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Went on a Saturday night. Did not have to wait to be seated. Restrooms were clean. We were able to watch the Dodger game.

The food was terrible. If you do go, don’t order the Chicken Crispies. The beer batter is reminiscent of the fish part of fish and chips but it’s terribly mismatched with chicken, and the texture of the meat is rubbery and artificial. The texture was so confusing that I found myself quoting Jessica Simpson… «is this chicken, what I have, or is this fish?»… Also, the corn on the cob side was REALLY overcooked. The atmosphere screamed corporate chain. The waitstaff was fine, but we had at least three different servers, which made for a less personal experience. It also likely means the staff shares tips… which can mean less effort overall. WARNING: the games offered on the touchscreen at the table have a hidden cost of $ 0.99. This wont be revealed until it shows up on the bill. Very shifty. Another comment on the games — you play against a computer meant to make you think you’re playing against real people. Not even worth the $ 0.99. After you pay using the touchscreen, you’ll be prompted to complete a survey… another disaster for whatever atmosphere other than ‘cheap and money hungry’ Chili’s is trying to portray. Plus, the lighting is bad… though I’m pretty sure that’s the least of their worries.

The service here is absolutely terrible. They will screw up your order 100% of the time! The waiter/waitress comes to your table to take your order and to deliver your screwed up order but after that you have to flag him/her down if you need them. Heck, today we had to flag her down just so we could place an order. No matter what we order or when we go, they are constantly messing things up. I’d like to know what it’s like to dine here without having to send something back to the kitchen. I give up.

We’ve eaten at Chili’s many times in the past and had good experiences and enjoyed the food but tonight’s experience trumps them all. It’s an unusual post, but customers should know how nice the management and staff are. I was actually at a nearby establishment for my son’s birthday party this evening and realized we had forgotten the candles for his cake. I panicked… there is only a liquor store and gas station within close walking distance from where we are and also Chilis… I walked in with my tail between my legs but knew I had to ask a favor. A very nice hostess greeted me and I asked if she would mind sparing a few birthday candles. She said should would check and the manager came out promptly to greet me. I confessed to Peter that although I’m a repeat customer, I was not currently dining in the establishment and had a desperate favor to ask. As I explained the situation, Peter took a sympathetic approach and asked how many candles I needed for my son’s birthday cake. For me, at least half of a dining experience is predicated on the service and atmosphere in an establishment. While most people know what to expect from Chili’s I had to tell this story and tell everyone on Unilocal how impressed I was!!! Way to save the day Peter! Thank you very much from a happy Mom and definitely a repeat customer in the future.

We ordered the beer battered chicken crispies. I have to say we were disappointed by the quality. Aside from being greasy, the chicken was a strange texture. Heating them up as leftovers didn’t change the texture of the chicken either. I’m wondering if it’s truly chicken breast or a mushed up bunch of processed chicken. I couldn’t say for sure though. The loaded mashed potatoes were awesome. Fried pickles were not as crispy as I like. Free chips and salsa in the bar area during happy hour.

Former five star review, but downgrading. Came here with my family on May 25, 2015 — they forgot to process one persons meal(mine) and told me it would be right out. How to you mistake 25% of the order? I told them not to bother bringing it out — I’d pick at my wife’s fries. They insisted on charging me for the meal that was not delivered anyway. Apparently some guy(manager?) named Todd insists on doing this because most customers are guests of the local hotel and don’t come back anyway. My wife’s burger was great!

Bad, Bad, Bad! We used to love Chili’s, but now we’re just chilled. This was our first time at this location(and last). Arriving for lunch at 1:30, the place was empty, only 2 people over in the bar. And the restaurant stunk like an old, dirty bar. We should have taken the hint and fled, but no! We started with Buffalo Wings, specifically requesting well done and crispy. They arrived raw. Raw! And no attentive server to talk to! Raw! The entrees were almost inedible, and we couldn’t finish either. I can’t say more or I might get sick. And, finally, their new idiotic billing feature at each table malfunctioned and we’ll probably be charged twice! Next time, In ‘n Out Burger is just down the street. I’ll see you there.

I like this Chili’s. I consistently get good service here and they’ve recently remodeled the inside of the restaurant for a more open feel and seating for large groups. I usually order the Bottomless Express Lunch(soup & salad & chips), though I’ve also tried their Caribbean Salad with Shrimp. I’ve tried several of their desserts and I love their pretzel sticks. Once I gave Chili’s my e-mail address, they started sending me coupons in my e-mail. At first, it was once a week for a free dessert with purchase of an adult entrée. The coupons are less frequent now, but they totally get me come in. Usually I go with a friend because after eating lunch I can’t eat an entire dessert by myself without seriously regretting it afterward. I had lunch here today. Bottomless Express Lunch with their baked potato soup, salad and chips with salsa. The service was slower than usual, and the server seemed to forget my chips(but that is kind of common here with the express lunch, and she did bring it quickly when I asked). One thing I like in particular about the soup and salad is that the salad, while not«fancy», is definitely not as simple as I had first expected when I ordered this lunch. The salad consists of lettuce(mostly iceberg) with shredded cheese, shredded carrots, slices of cucumbers, chopped tomatoes and some white/purple onions. Oh, and croutons. I really enjoy it! I had a coupon for a free dessert and today I tried(for the first time) the Brownie with ice cream. I’m often reluctant to try brownies when I eat out because I make them at home so good that I can’t imagine a restaurant competing with my own. Well, I won’t say this one was *as good*, however I would definitely recommend it if you’re at Chili’s and want a brownie and don’t have my own personal brownies handy. The brownie itself was a little inconsistent in texture, and a little on the subtle side in terms of flavor, but when combined with the ice cream and chocolate sauce, the whole thing worked great. The brownie was light, fluffy and a bit cakey. The ice cream was more solid, with a nice flavor. The last bite of brownie(once I’d run out of ice cream) happened to be VERY thick and gooey/chewy to the point I had trouble getting it unstuck from the roof of my mouth to swallow it. The rest of the brownie didn’t have this issue. I was able to finish this dessert solo, and only felt a little sugar-sick at the very end. It could also have been shared and then I wouldn’t be so full right now. I’ve also had their chocolate molten cake and highly recommend it. Rich moist cake with a liquid chocolate center, topped with ice cream. VERY strong dessert and I can’t usually finish this on my own after also eating a regular meal. Chili’s also has cookie skillets now and I’ve had the peanut butter one. It’s absolutely amazing. The cookie is baked perfectly on the outside and is a little soft on the inside. VERY strong sweetness factor and the ice cream is a great addition on top. The one time I got this I ate the entire thing on my own and deeply regretted it because it was so sweet I felt ill afterward. Now I only get a cookie skillet if I can share it with someone. Very generous portions! Last note, the only time I’ve ever had an alcoholic drink at Chili’s it was at this location and it was the worst I’ve ever had. It was a strawberry daiquiri and I pulled out over 20 chunks of ice that were large enough they could not fit through my straw. Seriously? Learn to blend? Other than the fact that I can’t recommend their blended drinks, I do really like coming here and do so a few times a month.

I came here with some co-workers before starting a late night at work. Although we couldn’t partake in an alcoholic beverage during happy hours, they offer free chips and salsa in the bar, versus the main dining room. Our server recommended the Watermelon Lemonade and it was outstanding. Very refreshing for the triple digit temperature day we had. All the food came out timely, and was hot, fresh and appealing. No complaints from our table.
