I came by to get help with my laptop. I was told my laptop is too old and I need to get another one. I only use my computer for email and sometimes my husband Mobin will use it for Facebook and my son Steevie uses it to watch the news. We are happy with the computer, I just wanted to know why it wouldn’t let me watch a YouTube. I went up to the apple store and they said I needed the flash player, even though its not an apple.

I came here to see what could be done for my surface RT. The two associates working (a skinny boy with glasses and a girl) were very sweet but knew almost nothing about the products. I asked what my options would be to fixing it or trading it in for store credit, ANYTHING. — because the top sensors would randomly go off like they were being touched and I wanted it fixed. But since it was the first generation surface rather than the 3rd and latest one, they had no clue what I could do. And the girl kept making jokes about it like it was funny I had to spend a crap ton of out of pocket money to get it fixed, which I didn’t appreciate after spending $ 600. I wish the associates working here were more educated on not just the latest up to date products. Because it was really not helpful.
