The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I was there on a Friday evening and wasn’t even that busy. I went into the store because of a dress I saw in the window. I immediately asked the lady at the counter where I can find it and she pointed me to the area. Being a petite girl I knew I needed a small but they inky had mediums in the rack. I grabbed a M and asked if they had any S. they just to, d me everything was on the floor. So I still tried on the M cuz like always looking for a dress last min. When the girl let me in the dressing room I asked if the dress in the manikin is a small and if I can try it. So she then went to the manager and told her I need to try on the M first to see if I like it. To me that was the first red flag but I said ok and put it on. mi kinda really liked it and I wanted to see how my size would looked I peeked out of the room and told the girl I want the small. She went to the manager again and was told thAt I need to GUARANTEE that I’m going to buy it because it take 20min to get if off of the manikin!!! I was livid!!! I told her I want to see if its going to fit first and I can’t promise anything!!! I have never felt blackmailed shopping before, I’m not. Frequent shopper at this store but now definitely I will never be back!!! The close is cheap quality and not very organized!!! I hope they don’t treat all ppl like this

I went into the store last week for a pair of shoes, and a friendly associate helped me with what i was looking for. I asked for a shoe in 2 sizes but she didn’t have the ½ size in the one I wanted so she brought me a similar style which was cool. I was in a bit of a rush and the bigger size felt more comfortable so I just bought them. It turned out that they we’re actually a little big so I went back in to see if they had the smaller size this time. I took my bag to the counter and the associate says«we don’t carry half sizes» in a sour tone. Then how did the other girl bring me a 7 ½ last time? She goes on to ask me if I even bought them from there even though it said it right on the shoe. I think to myself, «no i bought them from the swap meet». I brush it off and tell her yes. I agreed to try on the 7 to see if it fit. When she came back we had a small miscommunication which I tried to clarify and she looks at me and says to me, «that’s what I just told you!» Excuse me? That was NOT necessary. I initially wanted to look for another shoe but after my encounter with Miss. Sassy I decided to just return the item and go elsewhere for my needs. It’s not often that I decide to spend money and when I’m greeted by sour sales associates like the one above, it’s very unfortunate for store owners. I myself work in retail and would never speak to a paying customer in such a manner. On the other hand, the associate on my first visit was polite, helpful and attentive, hence the 2 stars.

Awful customer service!!! Had to get a sensor they left on removed, gave me a hard time. I had the receipt with me and everything. People that works here are feisty and ghetto. But who can blame them? I’d kill myself if I worked in this hell-hole.

Hit or miss store. There is always a clearance section with clothes I’m not sure where they come from. I’m pretty sure they were never on the actual sales floor. Compared to other Charlotte stores, they didn’t organize the clearance section based on size. I know it’s a hassle but on slow weekdays, help the customer out and separate them so I don’t have to go through EVERY single clothes hanger. I know even though their organized doesn’t mean there won’t be things misplaced, but at least it helps a bit. The employees don’t really acknowledge you. Overall, okay place for clothes. The prices are reasonable. Sign up to receive their text messages for specials/deals every now and then.

This store is mainly clothing, shoes, and accessories that are knock offs from designer and runway brands. Everything is relatively inexpensive, and made that way! Good to wear for a season then donate. All of the sales folks were young but I had one who was probably in her early to mid 20s that was really pleasant and helpful. Not sure about the rest of them since they were pretty much no where to be found in the store.

Dear salespeople: Working in retail sucks. Been there, done that. But try to make the most of it. Try NOT have people write reviews(like this) to complain about your manners and the growing lack of good behavior of American youth. When I came up to the cash register, you were stuffing your face with fries in one hand, drinking a coke in the other, while your co-worker showed you something on the register. It took you 3 minutes to acknowledge I was there, and then instead of helping me, you start yelling for another salesperson to come over and ring up my purchases. The poor girl that came over to help me must be used to this sort of treatment by her Fry Face co-worker, b/c she looked so depressed when she walked over and feigned a smile when she greeted me. I felt so sorry for her. So, here’s the lesson, Fry Face– get some manners and grow up.
