Went on a Thursday evening, a little past 8pm. They close at 9pm. Only 2 people ahead of me waiting for drinks. Service was very slow, had one cashier and one drink preparer.
Ordered a medium Caribbean Passion Classic smoothie — it cost $ 5.69 before tax. When did Jamba Juice become so expensive?
Finally got my drink, it was underwhelming and not blended well. Still had a lot of fruit chunks on the bottom.
Wish I had gone somewhere else and purchased a real meal of salad (or Hawaiian Bbq chicken katsu next door haha) for around the same price.

2. My cups were so damn sticky
3. Both girls there were rude
So whoever the 2 girls were at 530 on 12⁄27 get your shit together!
Won’t be coming back to this 1 ever again

The drinks and food are so good here compared to other Jamba Juice stores. Only down fall is every time I walk in I feel like its a bit of a hostile place for the employees. Sometimes someone is crying other times they are really grumpy or more so one person in particular who then is mean to the other employees. They may need new lower management. The owner is always very pleasant.

Slowest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. They had three workers and it took 15 min for me to get my smoothie. It wasn’t even that busy. Spent half my lunch break in here waiting for them to make my smoothie.
But they were very nice and courteous. Drink tasted perfect as well.

Whenever I crave Jamba Juice, I come to this location and this location only. Why? Because it’s down the street from where I live and the quality has been consistently delicious. The workers could smile a bit more but, hey, as long as my large Light Mango A-​Go-​Go is delicious, I don’t mind as much. Location is very clean and well kept, and usually not crazy busy.

Conveniently located down the street from the 24 hour fitness. Quick little spot I can go after I’m done with my workout so big plus. Like most places they can get real busy, so I try and time my workout before they open so I can get in early. The employees in the morning aren’t too bad and pretty cordial. I opt for the protein berry workout and add whey to get that replacement in. Most of the drinks are a little high in the calories so I use the drink as a meal in between but to each their own. Love coming in and you can find most in a convenient location. This one in particular is on a plaza next to some great stores and restaurants. In all its a great way to cool off in that SoCal sun.

First time going to this location and it was the worst I’ve experienced. There were only 2 other people in front of me and it took 20 minutes for me to get my order. And the worst part of it all was my smoothie had giant chunks of ice in there. Thanks.

AWFUL service tonight. Will be contacting the manager, Angela.
1. They’re completely understaffed
2. The staff members who are there are incompetent and unorganized
3. Our order got messed up
From now on we will be going out of our way to go to ANY other location than this one. I have been here a number of times before and the service was never great, but it’s gotten progressively WORSE. New management/​better business practices maybe?

This is not the best jamba. I ordered a medium veggie juice drink… And it was only half full for some reason. A little strange.
Sometimes they are out of wheatgrass…
But the Acai bowls are great!

We had the worst made smoothies ever created! I ordered the acai and it came out pink and super watery! I always order acai from jamba juice and even their picture is purple. I know i know I’m complaining about color. But at the same time it tasted nothing like it’s patented acai flavor. It tasted life nothing
They remade ul the acai and it tasted even worse.
My wife ordersed the most watery orange dream machine. It tasted like orange juice and soy protein.
I think they were in a hurry or didnt care. They did a horrible job today. And it reflects in their other reviews.
A terrible experience. Stay away from this one!

Thought the service would have been better today. There were three people working. On at the register and two making drinks. It’s the guys making drinks that aren’t paying attention. Ordered a large Citrus Kick and medium White Gummy. Receive the opposite. See attached pics of drinks and receipts. Don’t understand why so many mistakes. They weren’t that busy.

Worst bowl I’ve had.
I came in with a coupon for a bowl. The girl told me it was only for the 12oz size, which is stated nowhere on the coupon and not said by any other location. When I told her this, she sounded irritated and said, «So what size do you want?»
After taking my order, she walked away mumbling, «bowls, bowls, bowls…»
I suppose a lot of people are ordering these, since there’s a special, but her attitude was unacceptable.
I was the only customer, and it took over fifteen minutes to get my order. Seriously? What the heck?
When I did get it, there was hardly any kale added and it was blended badly. I couldn’t taste and peanut butter, and the thing was flavorless.
You’d think they could have done a better job in over fifteen minutes.

This is probably my favorite Jamba Juice in the South Bay. As we all understand, Jamba Juices are all pretty much the same. They have the same drinks and the staff comes and goes — some staff members are good and some aren’t. The thing that sets the various Jamba Juices apart is their location and their seating. Most Jamba Juices do not have very good seating — particularly in terms of outdoor seating. This is one of their big faults. Just like people like to sit back and drink their lattes at Starbucks, people also like to sit back and enjoy their juice based drinks. Most Jamba Juices are not really designed for that, however. This one is. It has nice outdoor seating, making it a nice place to sit back and enjoy your drink.

Sometime you just have to shake your head and laugh. Now I am not a Jamba Juice drinker but my girl had a gift card. Apparently, Jamba Juice is not a simple point and order affair. After deciding on her main drink, she asked the guy at the counter what Lean Advantage Boost was. He said «I’m not sure». Silence. And??? Boss man comes over and he looked perplex, like he had never seen that on their menu. At this point, I’m thinking maybe no one has ever order this and maybe it would be better to just walk away. Then a light comes on with boss man, I could almost see the light reflecting in the cavern behind his pupils. He then reached over and whipped out a brochure, and said «here read this!» Wow! Just wow! Shaking my head and lol!
Next time? I’ll make her a smoothie at home and regift the gift card.

The staff at this location are super nice and friendly. Came in on a Saturday morning for a breakfast smoothie. I tried one of their fruit and veggie smoothies. Apple n’ Greens smoothie with kale, banana, apples and peaches. It was absolutely delicious. You can’t even taste the kale. I also had their spinach and egg wrap. Very tasty and a great acoompaniment for the green smoothie. Will definitely come back for it.
Going back to the staff, I like how they made small talk but still remained professional. Other customers who came in the store seemed to be pleased as well.
I highly recommend this location.
