Kita Seiichiro DDS

This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve never had in past 10years. I chose here not just because I prefer to have Japanese dentist but it’s close to my house and my insurance covers. Dr. Kita is so demanding, cocky and rude doctor, and he probably thinks he’s the best doctor in the world. When I made an appointment, they didn’t even ask my SSN, the reason of visit, my previous doctors, etc. When I walked in, they asked me why I didn’t ask my orthodontist to send X-​ray before I came here so they didn’t need to take it again, and I was like…“huh? I didn’t even know what you gotta do to me, no one told me to do so before this visit. Why CANT YOU do it for me? Why didn’t you ask my SSN over the phone at the first place, so YOU could’ve gotten all you need!!” They are not professional, Dr. Kita even told me he can do better work done on my teeth which I’ve already taken care with another doctor. It’s very unpleasant visit and I won’t go back here never agin. The office is very clean, neat and modern, but again, the doctor doesn’t know how to treat patients right, he’s only good at making people feel uncomfortable.

I have been to Kita Seiichiro DDS since 2008.
As a journalist, I interviewed many dentists for a magazine article, and when I interviewed Dr. Seiichiro Kita, I knew he is an excellent dentist.
Dr. Seiichiro Kita has been in private practice in Torrance, CA since 1993, and he is licensed in both the U.S. (California) and Japan, so he is very knowledgeable about different treatment modalities between the two countries.
I had cleanings, filings, implant surgery, root canal treatments, crown and bridge, everything is perfect.
As Japanese, I am a super perfectionist & clean freak, so he is.
His treatment is the best, and his office is so stylish (he designed the office) and very clean.
I strongly recommended this dentist.
