The atmosphere is nice, modern with an Asian flare. Service is okay while the food is great! As a first timer here at this location, my boyfriend and I had a very good experience. While the phở broth is good, it taste a tiny, tiny, bit watered down. However their grilled pork and rice is delicious! I also enjoyed their combos that come with either an egg roll or a spring roll. The price is very good and the portions are very generous. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

Great place for a fast bowl for a great price. I felt thatthe combo bowl was kinda small. All in all I think its ok for the price.

Really like that they have tons of options to choose from, but the food is average for a normal price. I always get the rare steak and the last time I got it, my soup wasn’t like super hot like how it should be when the food comes out. The bean sprouts weren’t that«clean» either. But their sliced onions are perfectly thin to eat with your phở(mixed with the sriracha sauce of course) Service can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can grab their attention quickly, other times it takes a while. There’s plenty of seating so no need to worry about trying to beat the lunch/dinner rush seating. Also there’s plenty of parking since its in a huge plaza esp behind/next to phở Kobe. I continue to come here since my mom really likes their onions(some places give you sliced onions on the side sliced too«thick»).

Placed is packed for afternoon. Service super fast, food is awesome! I ordered wonton and toasted chicken soup and it was just perfect: light, filling and delicious. Peach tea is to die for too. Highly recommend

Phở Kobe was a pleasant treat for our family. The service was good and the food was great. We forgot a baseball cap and they brought it out to our car! Thank you!

Gets very busy during lunch, but plenty of seating available and food comes out very quickly. Lunch menu is convenient with several combos, with choice of a spring roll or egg roll plus a fountain drink. Not the best I’ve had, and they are kind of light on the meat, but still satisfying.

Meh. Had the lunch special combo 2. I feel that there wasn’t enough meat to justify the price, I’ve had others which costs less but with way more meat. The eggroll was not very hot.

I eat here often and the food is always good. Today though, my coworkers and I ordered through eat24. Apparently the order was confirmed with Phở Kobe but never went to the kitchen. We waited two hours before our food was delivered. AND they still forgot my egg rolls and hoisin sauce.(C’mon. Hoisin sauce should always be a given). So even though the food is always good, I had to give them one star today. In house the service is always less than mediocre. Even when it’s slow they don’t check up on you and the bill takes forever.

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years. Food is good, service is good, and prices are good. They have a great lunch special.

I ordered online to have delivered to my office. It said 45 – 60 minutes delivery. Which is fine. but 90 minutes later and 5 phone calls, my food was finally delivered. I was told that since I ordered during lunch rush, they pushed my order out. Why would they do that? I prepaid. It doesn’t take an hour to make phở. It’s all premade. My order should have taken no more than 45 minutes. And the food is just mediocre Vietnamese food. I’m never ordering from here again.

The service is a little slow but! It was a Friday lunch so I understand. The place is packed! I really like the interior and the high ceiling. It doesn’t feel as crowded as most phở restaurants. My friend’s lunch came before our appetizer and my meal though. That was the only con.

Ordered twice since the first time I was here — food is still very delicious and cheap. Third time, I ordered pickup on the ordering menu provided here — I ordered a Vietnamese sandwich — grilled pork and it was pretty decent — it was ready for pick up at the time I stated that I was going to pick it up. one thing though was they didn’t add shredded pork like I requested on the message box… but it was okay — it’s not like they charged me for it and didn’t give it. Very friendly and fast service. Probably my go to place for a quick Vietnamese food for lunch.

This place is close to my work and we have ordered delivery from them many times in the past. Yesterday, I wanted to have something to add to my salad that I had bought earlier, since the salad was smaller than I anticipated. I stopped in here for the first time and bought a bowl of tofu phở, but I also had them add shrimp to it. Their prices are reasonable and the food is really good. They haven’t disappointed me, yet. I think I’ve had their food 5 – 6 times, but this is the first time that I have actually gone into the restaurant. When you order the phở to go, they have a nice big bowl that properly seals(important if you are taking it to go) and is full of noodles, veggies, and whatever meat you ordered(in my case, the shrimp and the tofu). The broth is in a huge container and I believe it is beef based. If you are vegetarian, be sure to tell them to give you the vegetarian broth, otherwise, you will get your vegetarian or tofu bowl with a beef based broth. The broth has a decent flavor, but this time around, I doctored it a bit with a little sea salt. That really set it off! If you choose to doctor it, be sure to doctor it before you pour it into the bowl. I was also very happy that the broth was super hot! I hate when I get phở and the broth cools down before you even get a chance to enjoy it. They also give you a side of mint, lemons, bean sprouts, jalapenos and a teriyaki and sriracha sauce. The sauce used to be separate and now they mix it, but it’s REALLY good! I always ask for extra teriyaki and sriracha sauce and jalapenos! All together, that bowl is amazing!

COCKROACH Sigh!!! It was one of those rare rainy days in SoCal and I felt like having a Phở… I ordernd Chicken Phở and a Beef dish to-go as I had some hungry grumpy man waiting for me to be fed at home! The Restaurant appeared to be very nice from the looks of it and the menu very extensive … The customer service was pretty good and thank god I didn’t have to wait tooooo long for my order… He was nice enough to put my order into box so my dishes wouldn’t spill… not until I got home served our food and started eating(taste was decent) was when I saw a fairly large COCKROACH in that box he gave me to transport my food … I seriously felt like crying… that was sooooo disgusting ! If I was to disregard the roach — the food was fairly decent but not worth the $$! Won’t come back

Finally took a chance on this despite the lowish Unilocal rating. The ratings are correct about the service, but don’t let that stop you from going here! It’s an awesome place for a tasty lunch or to pick up some Banh Mi.(I wish people would stop giving poor ratings for bad service at cheap, local restaurants with good food) Combo 7 was vermicelli with a baby phở bowl. The phở was a tasty little treat before diving into my bowl. Most of the bowl was average, but the beef adorning it was plentiful and delicious. I was tilting the bowl to scrape up the fish sauce saturated crumbs at the end. My colleague had the Banh Mi and liked it so much he ordered another to take home. If I hadn’t been stuff I would have taken up his offer to eat half of it right there. It looked several orders of magnitude better than the Vietnamese sandwiches we normally order out for. We unanimously agreed to put this on our lunch rotation, and I recommend you do the same.

I was pretty elated after my first visit to Phở Kobe. I had a huge bowl of phở and it was delicious. Side note — Phở is a dish that you can’t really mess up. I perfected a pot with just one try(I had no idea what I was doing). Perhaps the love at first taste was more related to the low prices/combos. For my second visit I decided to go with the rice dish with the grilled pork. It was the worst I had ever had! The pork was thin and of poor quality. In my past experiences with this dish, the grilled pork is charred, thick, and juicy. I was pretty disappointed to say the least. However, this won’t stop me from going as it is conveniently located a few minutes from school. The prices are really fair and the combinations are a steal!
