The house I was renting in Rancho Palos Verdes was being managed by Pinnacle when I lived there from 2014 – 2016.
Compared to countless property management companies I have dealt with, they are truly fantastic…
They are extremely responsive and have been very helpful to resolve any issue very quickly.
Very much like these guys!

Nick bases his tenants applications solely off CREDIT. First, there application process is tedious and time consuming. Second, they will make you jump thru hoops. Having your JOB fill out a employment validation form and also have your land lord fill out a tenant validation form. They also wanted 4 months of pay stubs. Ounce you’ve proved your job history, pay, tenant history and you explain how much you liked the place. They make you wait a few days, so they can gather more $ 36 rental applications (Nick told me they had 7 – 10 applicants) apply. When your finally all done and think you got the place they deny you. Nick will base your application SOLELY OFF OF CREDIT. NOT work history, NOT pay, NOT tenant history. He doesn’t even MEET his applicants. They are impersonal and will waste your time!

Very helpful staff. They were on time and ready to answer any questions I had regarding their available units.

Worst experience with a property management company I’ve ever had in my life all they did was waste my time and gas for weeks. Guy name Nick was very unprofessional! Would tell people to run away quickly!!!
