After reading a few of his reviews on Unilocal,I contacted Craig for an estimate. Within an hour, he emailed me a Google Map picture of my house with suggested camera locations and a conditional estimate. I wouldn’t expect that type of response because they are in high demand and I must have just called at the right time.
He came by a week or so later to look and he suggested 6 cameras — I wanted 4. He figured out a way to make it work. His team showed up. Installed my 4 cameras with all of the extra’s I wanted. The installation was great — as someone may have said, they really hate to see wires.
Needless to say, I didn’t have enough cameras. I had to call him back out to add a 5^th. They came. They conquered. And the third person that decides to side swipe my little bucket on the street will be on video!
These guys are true professionals and their work exceeded my expectations.

Craig and his team at Safe & Sound are incredible. They’re extremely knowledgeable in surveillance cameras and offer their customers a wide range of options making their systems affordable. I started with a six camera system and was so impressed with the quality and coverage, that I ultimately upgraded to an eight camera system. I have encountered a few minor glitches but as soon as I call Craig, he promptly responds either in person or via internet and corrects any issues. Their service is professional, clean and most importantly, you can trust these guys in your home. I have recommended Safe & Sound to friends and will continue to do so. Very Impressed!

Craig and team were great! Talk about customer service, professionalism, and dedication to keeping people safe. It is rare to find good honest people these days, I have to say that I am very happy with finding these guys! Installed a larger scale system (s) into a 35,000 sqft warehouse/​office space with clean installation (they did the work while people were working in the offices). They managed to do this without any hiccups and issues with office workers complaining! I trust these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

Craig and Gabe from Safe and Sound installed an eight camera system at our house. The price was very affordable and the quality of the work and camera picture was outstanding. They did a great job concealing the wiring despite the challenge of having to work around a room with an exposed ceiling. I would definitely recommend Safe and Sound.

These guys are wonderful! Craig came out and reviewed possible camera locations with me and we moved forward with scheduling. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough in his understanding of our needs. Scheduling was awesome! Even though they operate limited days/​week for installs, he was able to fit me in before a large trip… giving me a great feeling and extra security.
Craig and his team were rocks stars during the install! They arrived on time, were completely professional and friendly. The install took longer than expected and I don’t envy them (getting in attics and crawlspaces) but they made it look easy. It was also a sweltering LA day so many props for enduring the heat. When one of the cameras was having an issue, they were more than happy to come back to get it fixed. The trouble-​shooting took a wee bit longer than expected but they persevered and I commend them for that.
Always willing to answer questions about the system and its use, Craig and his team get 2 thumbs up from me.

I recently had my home remodeled and was debating on putting a camera security system in. I decided after the remodel was completed to have Safe and Sound Surveillance install the cameras. They were amazing! I have a very small crawl area in my roof and they were able to do everything in one afternoon. I have an excellent system that covers all entrances of my home. There are no visible wires showing anywhere. Craig has been awesome with any and all questions. I love that I can check on things from work or vacation in real time from my phone or ipad. Safe and Sound Surveillance Solutions installed an 8 camera system on my home and I love it. They were professional, clean and reliable. They take pride in their work and it shows.
The install is completely clean and no wires are showing from the exterior of my home. Having the peace of mind that a camera system provides is great. I can even monitor real-​time what is happening at my house from my telephone or tablet.

I had the guys from Safe and Sound install security cameras at my home. Craig proved to be extremely knowledgable about what is available on the market, and what would best suit my needs. I ended up with a great set of cameras, for a very reasonable price. I was nervous about the install, because I have a low pitched roof, making it more difficult to run the wires in the attic. Despite the tight space, the guys did a fantastic job and got the wires run. Thankfully, there’s not a wire in sight. The whole experience left me very impressed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
