Horrible!!! Customer service!!! Do NOT recommend to anyone, I placed my order through the Wingstop app my order number was 36789098 which was placed at 10:42pm and that it will be ready to pick up at 11:02pm, my co worker went to pick our order and Upon arrival to pick the order current manager(which he did not want to give me his name) said he did not have the order and that he will NOT make it because they close at 11pm, I then called in and spoke to the manager and asked what was the problem he then repeated telling they were not going to make the wings because they were closed, I explained to him that online, on the app, on Unilocal and everywhere else it says they close at midnight he then repeated he was not going to make them because they close at 11pm. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I called again and there was no answer. I then called my co worker to go back in to ask for his name and he walked to the back of the restaurant and one of the workers told him that he was not going to give up his name Because according to him this was a «corporate problem» if I can give this place negative stars I would

Terrible customer service! Called and talked to Kimberly and was on hold for 10 minutes and they hung up on me! My husband called back and they tried to put him on hold again and he said that wasnt ok and they hung up on him again. We were going to pay 50 plus dollars at that location but now we will never return. Horrible and on top of that the wings are either hit or miss.

this is by far the best wingstop I’ve been to! the manager David gives outstanding service that when ever I leave the restaurant, I leave High Satisifed! great job to David and his team members for making this happen

Such a disappointment. The girl working the front was nice enough, but the shift lead or managers working in the back were completely lacking in any form of customer service skill. I will go out of my way to find another wingstop to avoid dealing with the unpleasant workers here.

Came here 3x within the span of this year(it’s May now, people) hoping my experience would change… NODICE. All 3x they got my phone order was wrong wrong wrong. They added things to my order that I did not order. Also the cashier is extremely RUDE! Not sure if he is the owner or the manager but WINGSTOP should reconsider this franchise as their service is terrible. Id rather drive an extra 5 – 10 miles to another wingstop where I know they won’t get my order wrong or be RUDE. They are understaffed and busy and can’t handle the order load. The first time I came it was FREEZING and rainy outside. I closed the door because I would have froze to death waiting for my food. The rude cashier tells me to open the door. Not Happening! As I watched this guy serve customer after customer he was rude to them as well! Fix it Jesus!

I place my order guess what they close at 11 even after they accepted my order. Also they charge 3 dollars for flats which other wingtops don’t. They didn’t even gave me a call or genuinely apologize for the mistake. I hope they lay other first time customers know

Okay… It’s Wing Stop, you should already know what to expect as far as the product is concerned. The service at the Crenshaw Blvd location in North Torrance is the best. David and/or Deon run the front counter in a professional manner and they both will make suggestions to optimize your order, while saving you some money. They will also review the order and make you feel confident that your order will be completed as requested.

I’m blown away when I see people having a bad experience at this Wingstop. I’ve been here numerous times over the last year and never had a bad experience. The wings have always been hot and the fries were delicious. One of the guys there, Deon, is amazingly welcoming and great when it comes to taking orders quickly and precisely. He keeps that line moving. That’s really all I can ask for this place, it’s not fine dining. It’s good, cheap, chicken wings.

This location food is great. Most of the time when I go I order my food as a walk in. They are pretty quick to make the food and it’s never burnt or dry. The dining room is pretty large compared to most wing stops. They have a pretty good size parking lot. Nothing to brag about at this location but the food and service is good

DONOTORDERFROMHERE!!! Not only will they serve your food cold, they will steal your credit card information. My co-worker went here two days ago, 2÷29÷2016, and ordered some wings. When she arrived to pick up the order, her food was completely cold. They informed her that they were going to redo her order. She ended up getting her first order for free since they messed up to begin with. So she got two orders of wings. Okay, cool. It is now Wednesday, 3÷2÷2016, and she reviewed her account… they went on a shopping spree with her credit card! I hope they are ready for the phone call and possible visit they are going to receive. I will NEVER be ordering from here and neither will ANY of our co-workers. Pathetic excuse for employees. Update: Just called the store to get the name of the manager and ID# of the store. The manager was not competent enough to understand what the store ID# and keep giving me the phone number to the store. This staff needs to be educated.

If I could give them no stars I would. I always come here and David helps me and takes care of me never no problem great worker. But I came here today and this other guy helped me forgot to get his name he had no name tag. He had the worst attitude. And for some reason my wings were old and so dark inside and just with one bite it taste horrible. Made me sick to my stomach. I’m never going back there again. going to another location.

We were making our order for wings to go and the guy who works at 4:25 pm Sundays. He was very unprofessional and rude. With every single costumer he was treating them rude and very horrible like he was doing them a favor. While he was taking our order he was abusing his co– workers verbaly and physically like, taking things away from them or grabbing them. Plus he was screaming at them like 5 times while he was«taking the order» to a costumers. Making everybody in the establishment feel very uncomfortable. This was not a great experience. Also they were playing ganstar rap very loud that I couldnt hear questions he was asking me while taking my order no customer service. I hope the owner reads this he needs to do something about this location.

Thanks Eat 24 and Unilocal for wasting my time and gas. Placed a pick up order through your own site that says the business is open till 12 midnight. Needless to say update your information, you clearly close at 11pm. I have an email showing you received the order and my pick up time. Good thing I said pay at pick up otherwise I’d be stuck with a payment for food I didn’t receive. You’d think a business like Wingstop would actually care about their customer service, considering all of the reviews on here. Oh well guess they don’t mind loosing customer after customer for lack of customer service. A simple Unilocal update of your actual business hours would be a real easy way to resolve one of the issues!

Disgusted with the attitude of some«employee» who thinks he can down talk to customers. Only reason I hate coming to this location is because of him. He is disrespectful and very unpleasant. I don’t know what’s up his ass but someone please pull it out… I’m sure I’m not the only customer who feels this way about this individual. I’ve seen how he treats other customers. Asked for a water cup, and manager said they didn’t have water but that they were selling bottles water. Soda dispenser clearly was dispensing water. I had purchased a soda but roommate doesn’t drink soda. Nice way too push sales, may not be visiting back in a while. Combined with cashiers unfriendly attitude. BW3 it is… sad to say that after having visited this location 3+ times in 3 months

Ordered for pick-up online, got to this location at 11PM. Doors locked, seats already stacked on tables, and the register was already closed. Howeverrrrrrrr it says they close at midnight on Unilocal?The three gentlemen working(Thursday night shift 11PM October 22,2015) said they closed the register already and that they did make the food but we can’t pay. Also that the reason Unilocal was wrong is because they are a franchise and that franchises close at 11. Really? Really. This literally made me vegan, thanks Wingstop. You lost a carnivore. Have a great night, Angry girl who just wanted some damn wings.
