Tavern theme with very good burgers. We stopped in to check out the burgers. They are huge and reasonably priced at $ 8 with all the trimmings. It would have been 5 stars but the servers have yet to learn to smile and be friendly. Inspite of that the service was prompt and accurate.

Awful service, rediculously racist, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t even know how this place is still in business.

I always have a great experience at the Corner. Biker friendly. Food is typically bar food. Wednesday taco night is a great time for checking out bikes. Alot of regulars frequent this place and everyone has always been pleasent. Video poker off to the side. And an ackwardly placed pool table by the bath rooms. My buddy and i tried to shoot pool one night it was busy and the game just become us bumping into everyone. I avoid it from now on.

We’ve lived here for a couple years now and totally regret not stopping here before. The nachos are TODIEFOR! The service was top notch. We were always asked if we needed another drink. Totally shocked when we got the 22.00 bill. We were thinking it would be a lot more for a few drinks and a huge platter of nachos. Totally chill environment and great décor. We will be going back! Thanks for an excellent meal, amazing drinks and a great night without any kids!

We went to try their Bloody Mary’s. Drinks were fine but we were very disappointed with the service. We put money into the Juke Box and our music was erased twice. Our credits were also erased from someone behind the bar. The bartender also fraudulently authorized a thirty percent tip! The charges were disputed with the bank. Very rude and dishonest establishment.

Super excited to go to this little dive bar. The atmosphere is decent, despite having virtually no updated TVs… BUT, I was completely disappointed by our experience. The waiter greeted us when we sat down, and NEVER came back. He tended to all the tables around us, but not us… I don’t know if he just wanted to serve the regulars or what… if that was the case, he should have considered the idea that we could have become regulars… if he’d taken out orders like a NORMALPERSON. We were eventually served by a bartender that noticed our table was clear… but she was so busy that she never came back to check on us or our food. We waited a solid 30 min for the bill, which awkwardly was brought over by the original waiter that ignored our presence… it made me wonder who was getting the tip.(or lack of tip). I WILLNEVERBEGIVINGMYMONEYTOTHISBARAGAIN. They obviously didn’t want us there anyways, which is a very poor business practice!!! Hopefully the owner has a chat with his employees, but I highly doubt it.

This place is always a good time. I would say the crowd runs older, I’m pretty much the youngest person here whenever I go. Always some crazy biker dudes. Food’s not bad.

You ever have those experiences you walk away saying«What the hell just happened?“Well say so long to The Corner. Gathered all the buddies to go listen to some live music and after going to this dive bar off and on for over 10 years the never really good service went over the deep end and graduated into very bad service. They apparently have a new bar ‘manager’ and to say the least her customer service and staff management skills are severely lacking. She straight up told me after one of the guests found an over charge, verbatim: «You’re not getting a refund, You’ve been a pain in the ass ever since you got here, you’re 86’d, if you don’t leave I’m calling the cops“Then the waitress throws a couple dollar bills and a quarter at the counter in front of me and says«here, now leave me alone» At least 15 buddies will most likely never set foot in the hell hole again. By the way, I had just finished my 3rd drink so no, I wasn’t hammered. We will hope to find the good bands that do show up there on occasion somewhere else.

Love Corner Saloon, but mostly for their Taco Wednesdays/Motorcycle Night! It’s comfortable, cheap and everyone is friendly. The Taco’s are shredded pork and are the bomb! I would only ask that they play music through speakers… it would give it more life so people don’t leave by 8:30pm! The menu is great, the beer and alcohol selection is vast! Lots of great stuff. I love their pulled pork sandwich! Over the weekend they have live music and it gets packed with an over 35 crowd which is comfortable, but some of the Lake Oswego snobs can ruin the atmosphere with their attitudes. Good bar to pick up on people — ok meat market for the over 35! But a good looking crowd! I prefer lunch and bike night the most! The staff is really great and the owner, Simon… is super cool!

Popped in today to meet a friend and watch some sports TV. The bar was 30% full. Our food order was well presented and tasted good. Our server left a little to be desired as she looked hung over and a bit put out to be there. I had read reviews prior to our visit today and recognized her from what others had written. Oh well, we’ll probably be back and hope the service improves. Really rough bathroom.

First off, let me say that I LOVE dive bars. I love the welcoming atmosphere, good strong drinks, quirky décor and, almost always, greasy ol’ mom’s food type of cooking. Second off, let me say that I used the go to the Corner Saloon at least a couple of times a week, back when we called it Wankers. Th id off, I am a tipper. Not a 10 percent or 15 percent, but a whopping 20 percent minimum tip — all. the. time. Servers work hard for their money(good ones do) and I feel it is part of the dining experience to boost the server’s minimum wage up to a livable level. Fourth off, let me say, I HATED The Corner, and for the first time in my life I did NOT leave a tip. Upon entering the saloon a chalkboard sign advertised the special of the day: 5 pork sliders for $ 5.95! What a deal! We seated ourselves outside at a well kept picnic table in a sunny courtyard setting. There was a group of 6 – 8 people(obvious regulars) who were also on the patio celebrating a birthday and two other tables that were occupied by small groups. Almost immediately we were approached by who we thought was a server who took our drink orders. Within minutes our beer and cocktail was delivered to the table and we were so impressed. Even though the cocktail was so weak I questioned if any alcohol at all was in it, all was good with the world. Little did we know, that was the last service we would receive. Two servers rushed back and forth serving the birthday group. They would pass our table with their eyes pointedly looking down making it impossible even to motion that we would like to order food. Not once. Not twice. No, not even three times, but at least 8 times we were passed and not once was our status checked. Finally my husband went into the bar and, after being asked to wait while the waitress finished a personal conversation at another table, he pointed out that we were also sitting on the deck, ordered another round of drinks and the sliders that were on special. Our original server was sitting at the bar now having a drink. Well, at least that explained why we never saw her again. Unbelievably, it was another 20 minutes before our food was delivered. And I say delivered because it certainly was not served. We had to round up our own knives and forks and ketchup. The sliders were a joke — less than a tablespoon of meat on each bun, a slice and a half of tomato] and a smattering of lettuce. That was it. Twenty minutes of hard labor went into that? At least the fries were good(but remember, I love greasy dive bar food). Now for the pathetic part of the story. We NEVER saw another server again. Ever. Other table’s were served. Regulars were chatted up. Happy birthday was sung. But not once did we even get a, «How is everything?» We walked into the bar, asked for the check and paid the exact amount, never to return again.

If I lived close to this place I would definitely be a regular. I’ve only been here for lunches but they have always been spot on. I have had a couple of their sandwiches and their hangover burger. I’m sure I will be here again next week. Don’t pass this one by!

If you have nothing to do on a Wednesday night during the summer and llike motorcyles, bikers and the smell of leather this is the place to be! Depending on the weather there can be hundreds of local bikers enjoying the beer garden and the awesome pork tacos. If bikers and leather aren’t your thing on any other night you can expect to find it full of locals. The food is pretty darned good. There’s a great bar and a pool table just in case you want to shoot a game or two. But biker night, it ROCKS!

Harrison Ford… sigh. I love you. I hate you. For years he has been on ‘the list.’ Back in the early Indiana Jones/Han Solo days, he became my idea of the perfect man. Then he had to go and blow the cover of a local hangout. A place that has been flying below the radar, but now I feel the need to confess that yes, I love a good biker bar. Now one of the reasons that it escapes notice is that most people call it Wanker’s Corner instead of the Corner Saloon. Wanker’s Corner is actually the name of the area, which a year ago became blessed/cursed with a fancy roundabout, and it was the name of the prior bar and restaurant. So there is a Wanker’s Corner Saloon which relocated to Wilsonville years ago and the Corner Saloon at Wanker’s Corner. Got it? I’m not going to say too much about this place because I can’t really be too objective and I’d like people to discover it on their own. But, yes, dozens of bikers typically assemble here on Wednesday nights. Aside from that bit of fun, it is usually a nice mix of locals that run the gamut from blue collar to the country club set. This is one of my dad’s regular haunts after golfing at the Lake Oswego public course and he’ll be sitting next to a table of construction workers. The place can get lively on Friday and Saturday nights and usually newcomers tend to gravitate to the patio in the summer months with regulars hanging out at the bar and tables inside. Good old fashioned American bar food, focusing on sandwiches, burgers and pizza. They have local live bands and about eight beers on tap. I’ve always thought of this place as a roadhouse and it is within spitting distance of I-205. You can get a preview of the saloon on their website, which has a clip and photos from Harrison Ford’s and Brendan Fraser’s new movie, Extraordinary Measures, which was filmed here. And yes, he’s a bit older these days, but still totally on the list.
