This is the place to be if you have 15 minutes to wait for an unmixed blizzard! These employees don’t have a clue :(the «chickens running around without their heads» syndrome. I mean really, how hard is it to screw up ice cream??? Head to Broadway/​Sarnoff – they rock! We will drive the extra time to get great service!

Came with family while on vacation and loved it.

The menu’s the same as other Dairy Queens, of course, but the service is MUCH worse! They were rude, didn’t have the item I wanted even though their advertising for it was still up, and they made 2 orders wrong during the 30 min I was there tonight! I would either recommend going to the one on Sarnoff and Broadway, or the one on 22nd between Wilmot and Craycroft.

1. This is my first Unilocal review.
2. The The Dairy Queen on Bear Canyon was my first job so I somewhat know the inner operations of the buisness.
3. This was my second time going to this Dairy Queen. I was disappointed both times due to the long wait at the drive thru and the lack of the amount of ice cream they fill the blizzards with (¾ full). What really disappointed me this time was; I specifically asked for extra cookie dough (which the charged me for) and I literally counted 10 small pieces in my entire medium blizzard. Wow thanks for ripping me off.
4. I literally heard the lady in the car in fornt of me complain about the same thing. The lack of reeses in her blizzard from the previous time. I thought she was just a grouch but I guess she was right.
5. The best Dairy Queen to go to… is on Broadway and Camino seco
6. I can 100% verify this review with my receipt and debit transaction.

It is so nice to have a new, clean, modern looking DQ. Service was great! It was busy and crowded but they were friendly and quick. They got my order exactly right. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Best banana split ever. Took out the Chocolate and added Carmel.
I look forward to coming back often.

Had a completely improperly made waffle bowl sundae today. First and last time visiting. Going back to the one on 22d St. Where they know what they are doing. How hard is it to make it like the picture, really? If I ask for and you charge me for extra hot fudge, then give it to me. If I order a chocolate waffle bowl then don’t give me a plain one. Hello?
