Jack in the Box

I would normally never bother reviewing a fast food joint like this, but this is one of those reviews that just had to be written to give a really hard worker some recognition in a job that I am sure would make the average person feel downtrodden and miserable.
I work just down the street from this location, and as such JITB is a sometimes-​convenient lunch alternative. One worker at this location is almost always there during my break time and he makes my experience just perfect every time. Bryon (I think that spelling is correct) goes absolutely over and above the call of duty for any fast food employee. He always comes out into the dining room to make sure everything is perfect for all the patrons. One time, there was a particularly large order at the drive-​thru and it caused mine and one other party’s meals to take a bit longer (we waited nonetheless no more than 5 minutes), Bryon came out and apologized profusely for the long wait and asked us if there was anything he could do to make our experience better. Another time, one of his coworkers accidentally took my order wrong. She selected the wrong item, and I didnt notice on the receipt that what she put in was not what I ordered. I brought it back to him and he corrected it, and didn’t charge me the difference even though what I had ordered was more expensive.
This guy has excellent customer service skills, and I see every time I am in there how his energy, work ethic, and kindness rubs off on his peers. I hope someone in management or a higher up reads this review and recognizes what they have working for them.

Yes it’s fast food, but most Jack in the Boxes are not clean. This place, very clean and a friendly staff.
