We were excited to shop for our wedding rings. We got to the store and were overlooked maybe since we were not dressed well and gay I hope not. My partner for a ring he really liked and were helped as we purchased our rings here. Mine had to be order and came in a month later. WRONG SIZE they wrote my partners size on the order big OPPS. He put a rush order and got it before the wedding day.

I made a large payment on my account several weeks ago and received a receipt. Unfortunately, my payment was credited to another persons Jared account. A phone conversation with a sales associate at the Oracle Jared store made the correction and refunded me the late payment surcharge. I was told it takes corporate two days to make the correction.
Beware of any financial transaction made at Jared Broadway store.

Good prices. We did have one big issue though. When we bought the wedding band, the lady said we could bring it back after the wedding and have it soldered to the engagement ring free of charge. When we came back, we had to buy the $ 199 plan to do so. Very deceiving, and I should have got it in writing.

This is always the first place I go when I’m looking for a new watch. The sales people are friendly, and they offer great warranty & service packages, including lifetime battery replacement for a VERY good price. Unfortunately, they don’t carry Michele watches anymore, but they still service mine. Also, I recently purchased a Tag from this location, and there happened to be a special promotion going on. I got a watch I’ve been eyeing for years for almost 50% off! I was definitely skeptical that this really was a limited-​time, Jared-​only offer, but it was. I’ve been checking the price of this watch on tons of websites, including discount websites like
, and I still haven’t seen it marked down anywhere! I’m really glad the salesperson encouraged me to buy it then, even though I hadn’t been planning on it. Overall, I think they’re excellent for watches.

My husband surprised me and took me to Jared to buy an anniversary diamond band. This was our first visit. The sales woman seems very distracted. Maybe because we were dressed in jeans and sweats. We purchased the ring and were told that it would come with a lifetime guarantee for the diamonds, free cleaning and yearly «checkup», What she didn’t tell us is that there was a $ 169 charge for a warrantee. When we got home, I checked the receipt and found this charge had been added. The next day I went to pick up the ring and told the same sales person that I wanted the charge removed from my account. She passed me off to someone else and I explained that I thought this was a very sneaky practice. No apology from the original sales person. She found my ring then asked me if I wanted a box. Really? I guess spending $ 2000 doesn’t warrant a box.
There was also a promotion advertised on the counter that we should receive a set of wine glasses with our purchase. They were never offered by the sales woman. Before we exited the store (after Jared had our payment) I went back to the sales woman and asked about the glasses. She seemed a bit put out that I asked and finally gave them to me.
Although I love my ring, I probably wouldn’t go back to this Jared because of the sales woman. We didn’t get her name but the ring was purchased on ¹²⁄₁₃ in the evening.

My wonderful husband bought my engagement and wedding ring here. He did not have any complaints about this place. In fact, he had told me that they were willing to work with him quite a bit!
I have bought my husband a watch from them as well. My experience there was great. Everyone was helpful and had pretty good product knowledge.
My only complaint would be their tact, or lack of, when trying to upsell. Look, I get it, you’re in business to make money and I respect that. BUT, it doesn’t help anyone when I go in there, tell you I’m looking for a watch for my husband, and you IMMEDIATELY take me over to the watches that are $ 10−20k. It doesn’t feel good to look at all those gorgeous watches and then have to tell you that I can’t afford it and that my price range isn’t even close to that.
I think it would be useful for the buyer and seller to ask upfront, «Oh, how nice of you! So, what price range are we lookin’ at?»
I don’t know; maybe I should be flattered that I look like I could spend $ 20k on a watch?

Amazing service! I went here to get a nice watch for myself. I was treated with the utmost respect and service the whole time. I chose a Tag Heuer after trying on about eight different watches. Then, I was having major buyer’s remorse and went back the next day to exchange my Tag Heuer for another I had tried on. No questions asked, no hassle. They let me choose the one I wanted and did the exchange quickly and with amazing service. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! We needed wedding bands in a hurry. After visiting and getting rejected by other stores we went to this Jared and they had our wedding bands sized in an hour! They had a decent selection and were very courteous. They even cleaned my fiancé’s ring twice… once when we got there and then when we picked up our bands. Very nice. Good place!

My mom and I just went into this store to get pearls.
Theresa was more than helpful in getting us just what we needed– she was able to answer all of our questions, and even after we had found just the right set, she allowed us to browse and check out lots of other pieces.

my husband purchased my engagement and wedding band from jared over two years ago while we were on vacation here in tucson. back home on kauai, they don’t have a jared, they have a kay jewelers that falls under the umbrella of jared.
i walked into jared today after speaking with a sales person on the phone yesterday about purchasing a service plan (includes sizing, soldering, cleaning, polishing, etc). the man that i spoke to wasn’t there today, but, another nice gentleman helped me with any questions i had. he helped me make the best decision he could that catered to me without being pushy or snobby.
i really appreciated his service and his friendliness.
on another note, the store looked very big (i didn’t have much time to look around at all the other pretty things in the cases) and was very clean.

Buying diamonds is the biggest sham of all time, but my wife loves them and I like buying them at Jared. They have great prices and have courteous, patient, friendly salespeople that don’t come off as pushy. I have bought several pieces from them since 2006. The most recent was for our 10^th anniversary. Next time I go there, it will be for a watch for me!
They obviously take pride in creating experiences that will generate return customers because they polished (re-​layered the gold) two of my wife’s rings and my wedding band gratis while we were purchasing other items.

I bought a necklace here a couple years ago and visit every six months to keep up the warranty. The people are really nice. Friendly and not pretentious. They are helpful and pleasant even once they realize they just got saddled with an inspection and non-​buying customer.
After checking a lot of places around town I found just exactly what I was looking for at this store. The quality of my necklace is great. I wear it just about everyday. The chain hasn’t twisted or kinked. The diamond is brilliant and sparkly. The setting has held securely.
I also bought earrings at the same time. After getting them home I decided they just weren’t right for me. I took them back the next week for a full refund with no hassles whatsoever.
The fact that the ownership isn’t local is what keeps them at 4-​stars.
